"The service at this restaurant is fantastic! The staff are friendly and always go above and beyond to ensure the customers have a great experience. I can't wait to come back! Perfect place to bring kids (as long as they are well-behaved) after school. The staff are especially kind to the little ones. "Came in with my brother after being on the road for 6 hours. Clean place, but the poor barista was all by himself. Took our orders, made our drinks, bagged our brownies etc. I don’t think he was the only one working but any other staff member was nowhere to be found. Poor management, great barista. He looked like Harry Potter "

"I found it intriguing to visit this café, as I spent a few hours there sipping my coffee and browsing the internet. During my time there, only two men came in to grab coffee and quickly left. It appears that this café is popular among women in the area, especially those with children or who are pregnant. The atmosphere was very pleasant and relaxed. I highly recommend checking this place out, as it is definitely one of the better spots in town."

"(technically 4.5 stars best starbucks in Athens. friendliest baristas, amazing service, hell- just last week they apologized about not having a particular sandwich i had ordered on mobile.. and offered me a free replacement AND a gift card! they’re so sweet.i only deducted a half star out of obligation of a few incorrect drinks over the year i’ve primarily been a regular at this location(drinking a shaken espresso without sugar right now lol , but accidents happen. i go in on occasion to do schoolwork, most patrons are super courteous and quiet, some idle conversations can get loud but you’re in public.. so.. yeah. restrooms are so clean, i get self conscious of mine at home.they’re busy a good majority of the day, i highly recommend doing mobile orders and picking up in store if you’re in a rush! amazing job guys. wish this was a unionized location though.. ; <3"

"I went to Starbucks for the first time because I'm not a coffee drinker. I received a gift card for the holiday to be a bowling coach. I bought a hot chocolate and a breakfast sandwich. Both were very delicious, especially hot chocolate. The hot chocolate was made with dark chocolate a lot to my surprise, delicious! The articles that sold Starbucks were moderately expensive. When I went to Starbucks for the first time, I enjoyed my breakfast this morning."

"One of our favorite spots in Athens, GA! They have a great variety of drinks and beers. It has a great vibe all year around but my fav is Winter with some of their hot coffees or chocolates with a little bit of booze! Is the perfect place to go and hang out with friends that is not super wild and crazy. You can actually have a conversation in there, unless they have some event going on!!! They do have good music and always some kind of game going on their TVs. Super recommended! A+"

"This is my favorite go-to daily Starbucks location. The staff is very friendly and knowledgeable. My order is always correct and made the way I like. This location has some of my favorite baristas around. I will say this specific store is incredibly busy. Putting in a mobile order prior to arriving helps this issue. The store is very clean and recently got a makeover. I would highly recommend this location. Perfect drinks and smiling faces. Honey soy flat white is my drink of choice and would give it five stars."

"I 'm not sure how you can confuse a hot latte and a Frappuccino .... Or how you can make a Frappuccino that is not sweet at all... but this place knows how. Plus! "Ok let me start by saying I work a lot with restaurant industry and I understand the problems with labor shortages and other issues. But this location is a disgrace to hospitality industry. They mess up regular decaf coffee, yes you heard that right. It has happened to me before several times in this location and I usually ignore it. Today I made the mobile order literally outside the shop and came in to pick up my coffee it was cold and not even Luke warm. I asked if I can get it warmed up The lady standing there (I dont want to mention her name) said rudely mam it just literally came out and yes it 's cold because you asked to add the creamer , oops my bad?! the barista adds oh mam that 's our last batch decaf and I can 't take your coffee back since you tasted it!!!! how else am I supposed to know that the coffee is not right? Oh what a shame that Starbucks customer service has come to this. Yeah after some back and forth she made me a new batch of coffee with steamed milk.. which was actually good.. so it 's not like they don 't know how to make coffee they just no longer care..It 's really a shame what has happened to this otherwise nice neighborhood joint. Starbucks envisioned to create a 'third place ' that 's not your home or office that you could belong, meet, grow and connect. Sorry Starbucks is no longer that 'third place ' it 's just another place where you don 't want to go!"

"This has got to he the worst starbucks of ALL the starbucks. They open and close at will. You can place an online order and come to pick it up and they are closed. This happens wayyyyy to often. "Probably the worse Starbuck I’ve visited. No surprise reading the other reviews. The service is bad. No one called to tell us our drinks were ready, so I had to go check myself because it’s been awhile since I ordered.When I finally got my drink there was caramel spilling to the sides. Had to grab some napkins to wipe the side of the drinks and go wash my hands ?‍ definitely don’t recommend coming here and I won’t be back."

"i have shopped there a couple of times , i had a whole food bag that had a rip in the pocket , i didnt want my money back just replace the bag . the bag i payed $40.00 dollars than i was confronted by a man that said he was the store manager . he wasnt i asked for his name and said i dont want my money back i want my bag to be replaced so i can shop , he said no , i said give me your name and store number and i will send the bag back to your corporate office ,,,, he wrote down his name and than i knew it wasnt him , isaid is this you name his reply was yes and he used a whole foods store manager names and later with in minutes it was a fraud and he wasnt the store manger he was a team leader and i said mr jacob you commited fraud !! i will see you soon !!!!!!!!"

"First time here. Had a great experience. Interesting food and desserts. I had the Thanksgiving Plat. It was good. New with string beans n mushroom sauce covering the turkey. The staff were friendly. Especially the nice old lady/ Stewart. She's a lifer worker. A very nice person to talk to. I'm bad with names, but thank you for the talk. She kept the place clean n in order. "Another big starbucks, much larger seat capacity than to say one that is on Venice Beach, Cali. Also, service is fast and accurate, though, they do not seem to fill cups too close rims, very bad culinary labels 's, for big star restaurants, as well as premier cafes '. However, store grace, this place accepts mobile orders. Much more than can be said about which in the Renaissance Phoenix, on the 1st and Adams. They completely fail to tell the customer before the "time" of their inaccuracies of time management. (Time is profitable, especially when it comes to coffee. Therefore this place is highly recommended"

"The young white boy who was working on 9/14/2023 at 2:50pm was extremely rude. So rude I left and didn't take my order. I asked for a Cuban colada because that's what I know it as. he proceeded to tell me that they didn't have that, and I explained to him it's 2 expresso shots with sugar. Once I drove around to the pickup window, he belived to be privileged enough to tell me that that's not what the drink is called and that if I wanted to order it again I need to call it by the Starbucks name. Completely disregarding cuban culture. Extremely rude and unprofessional, Starbucks."
