"Today I had my heart on a leak from Starbucks when I woke up! I have a delicious Oat Milk Matcha Latte and went on my day... well 15 minutes in the day. My cart hit a pot and my drink turned completely on the head. It seems like things have come one after another lately and I was ready to turn around, go home and cancel all the rest of the day. Instead, I did something I would normally never do, and went back to get another. Nadine at Branford Starbucks without hesitation during a busy morning rush made me a new, tasty matcha in less than 2 minutes. Nadine, thank you for your goodness today. Yeah, it's just a Starbucks drink. But in a world without kindness and understanding, make air on the side of the worst case scenarios and I-Give-ups, there are people like you who really make all the differences in life. "I never thought I'd interfere with an evaluation of Starbucks because Starbucks is, so Starbucks. But today we went to I95 and stopped in this place. We are very loyal Starbucks customers and have probably stopped by most of them along the eastern U.S. Interstate system. Before today, I have never inspired to publish a review. Every single person in the store was super friendly and our checkout was simply lovely. She did our day and this is hard to do when staring in a car for hours on the road."

"Trends are interesting. I?m beginning to experience a new local Starbucks trend in the Gilbert and Chandler area; Starbucks Customer Service doesn?t appear to be their strong suit. So far 2/3?s or 67% of the recent local StarbuckS visits have been disappointing. Maybe the customer service at my local Starbucks is so superior that this store just pales in comparison, but wow. Calek (Sloppy written name tag), the cashier, looks like he just doesn?t want to be at work or take orders. I?ve haven?t observed a cashier ?sigh(ing)? at customers when taking orders or say almost no words to the customer. He looked so bored, displeased, and dispassionate about his good job at Starbucks. As for the drink, he didn?t make, it tasted perfect minus the extra ice (light ice order). It?s either the local store manager, or the DM?s not checking on the customer service because it?s definitely notable. Lastly, I?ve rarely visited an empty Starbucks. This was the ? unicorn. "This Starbucks has quickly become my favorite place to study and chat. They make drinks efficiently and have amazing costumer service. They are cheerful and welcoming and are the definition of service with a smile. One of the amazing staff members, Beanz, makes the experience 10 times better by making meaningful conversations and on countless occasions will bring me water unprompted while studying to keep me hydrated. Shazeb, another one of the employees never fails to bring a smile to my face and turns a simple strawberry refresher into a beautiful masterpiece. I cannot say enough about the staff. "These are the best Starbucks!! They are fast, efficient and my drinks are always correct. They always have the food I want and go over and beyond with their customer connections. "Hands-down, the drink quality at the Starbucks is the best in town! Even when we go out of town, no other Starbucks compares. My wife and I come here every single day. We are always greeted by most of the barista’s with a welcoming and inviting smile. Shoutout to Adela, Chris, AJ, and Myles and Nico (even tho he is not longer here). They are all so sweet and so hard working. They not only know me by name but by order and are all such a breath of fresh air when it comes to outstanding customer service. There are several other baristas that go above and beyond I just don’t know them all by name.I will say however Jessica tends to be a little less welcoming and hospitable. I spent a lot more money at this specific Starbucks location than I would like to admit, but I continue to come back because of all the reasons I stated above. With that being said she is the ONLY barista at any Starbucks location I have ever been to that gives me as much grief and pushback about occasionally needing a splash more oat-milk in my drink. Buy a splash equates to about an ounce. According to her the recipe calls for 4 ounces of oat-milk in my drink. I have absolutely no issue with paying for “extra “Oat-milk if that was what I was asking for. Every barista is different not only at this location but at every location and not everybody measures the same, if the drink was made every single time with a measuring cup, then I could absolutely understand, nor would I be able to argue, the fact that she wants to charge me for more. But I am not going to pay for anything “extra” when I’m not asking for a full serving of what is considered “extra “. I myself am a bartender, if someone were to come to me at my place of employment, and ask me for a vodka, cranberry, and then come back to me and say hey , this is a little strong, do you think I could get a little bit more cranberry in this drink? My response would be absolutely no questions asked. Reason being cranberries already included in the price of the drink, just as much as my oat milk is already included in the price of what I order. If I were asking for an extra shot of espresso, by all means, I would understand the pushback, just as though if someone were asking me for an extra shot of alcohol in their beverage I wouldn’t tell them that there is an extra charge. But that’s not what’s being asked. So until the “4 oz called by recipe” is measured out, then the pushback is more petty than principle. Other than the past few interactions that I’ve had with Jessica, this Starbucks is great."

"Lots of sofas and comfortable places to sit at in this Starbucks location. This one is the only one I've been to that has a home like feel to it. There are plenty of spots to charge your laptops and phones at. It can get pretty busy depending what's going on in that area, but it is worth the wait. I mean there is a convention center and a Marriott hotel. Starbucks is pretty much right between the two when you walk in the Marriott side, that's why it gets busy. The employees are friendly too!"

"This store is new and has some unique offerings. The selection is generally much smaller compared to other Whole Foods Market (WFM) locations, possibly due to its limited size, which also leads to a focus on house brands. While WFM is not known for being inexpensive, the prices here are even higher than those at similar stores. This could be attributed to its location in the commercial area of Montclair, which is more suburban. Additionally, there are free parking options available in Montclair. Overall, this store serves as a high-end convenience option for local residents who prefer not to drive 20 minutes to a larger WFM or another supermarket."

"Temporarily CLOSED. Staff did not think to update Maps listing so customers have been coming into the parking lot I personally saw over a dozen disappointed people in one hour and they get to see a sign that is so hard to read that folks have to walk up to the door to read it same sign as shown in my review. Whoever decided to be discreet about this made a very poor decision as this now hurts the entire brand your customers are now learning the hard way that they cannot trust this company to update maps or even make it clear that this is a temporary closure. It's frustrating to have to walk up and try the door and THEN have to search the door for the fine print. How temporary is this closure? No one knows. Y'all can do better than this our time is not a game to play with. ????"

"my daughter went to this store to buy a cup of Frappuccino while I was shopping next door. She patiently waited for over 20 minutes and even asked the staff about her order, only to be told to keep waiting. It wasn't until I personally approached the staff to inquire about the delay that they admitted to forgetting my daughter's order.As a parent, it deeply saddens me that my young daughter had to go through such an ordeal while attempting to purchase a simple beverage. Waiting for more than 20 minutes, without being offered any explanation or apology, is both unacceptable and unprofessional.This Starbucks really needs to train their staff on customer service."

"I use to go to this sbuxs often but decided to save money and make decaf coffee at home with my Nespresso. The girls are genuinely super sweet and friendly. They always make your drink to perfection. Now I only go maybe once a month or less but they always provide great service. They had a beautiful cup in the beginning of summer and I didn't get a chance to buy it so disappointing but I attached a pic of it to remind myself if it ever comes back to the store. "Starbucks is my favorite place for coffee! This particular joint is inside Kroger! Went here to basically get the holiday cup and to avoid long drive thru lines lol! The services were superb! No lines or waiting at all! I ordered my favorite caramel brulee latte! It tastes amazing! And of course got my reusable red cup along with it! P.s. they told me that since these are in bulk and are not sold again, we can buy more holiday drinks and can get free cups for each one that we order! Isn't that amazing?! "this new starbucks is definitely an improvement from the previous one. The elderly attracted a lot of transients that came through the city. This is much cleaner and well designed. they have beautiful artworks on the wall in the chairs are comfortable to sit to read the newspaper or take a look at your phone. Ari is a great guy making you a great cup of coffee. If you're going downtown and looking for Starbucks, go to this. Great location"
