"Decided to have a short “staycation” at Sentosa and enjoyed a wonderful meal at Skirt. It was a beautiful evening and as I was dining alone, I asked to seated outside which was perfect to look at the boats moored at the marina and watch the people walk by. I ordered the Sher Wagyu ribeye which was cooked perfectly medium and was “melt in the mouth” tender. This went really well with a couple of glasses of Malbec. The service was outstanding with a complimentary amuse-bouche and a very tasty bourbon, ginger and Apple juice palate cleanser. The bread is also probably the best in Singapore. Overall, a wonderful and memorable experience."

"We tried the Prodigy Burger Bar on Monday night and we really enjoyed the experience. It has a sports bar atmosphere, but very clean and well maintained. Great beverage selection and I love the open kitchen concept. We started with the cheese steak eggrolls and were delic! It came with four eggs, I had two and they were very happy. A good part of steak and cheese in a crispy outer dish... I had a heavy lunch this day to order the innovator for dinner. It is a cale salad with cranberries, pecans and grilled chicken, super tasty and I felt like after our meal I could try some lazy dessert. My husband went for the Prodigy Burger who has a mixture of Waygu, pepper jacket, Cheddar, mushrooms caramelized onions, peppers and garlic aioli. Of course I had to try. I loved the rolls on which it came and the burger was perfectly cooked. Flavor combos were great and the pommes came in a fun little basket and tasted fresh and crispy. We ended the night with one of their lazy parasols. We had The Dude, OMG, Soooo yummy! We will try again some more options!"

"The menu at this location is more limited compared to the one in Carmel, but still great overall. The burger and parmesan fries were just as delicious as at the other location. The only downside is that it can get very noisy, so don't expect to have any meaningful or deep conversations. I'm glad they opened up!"

"we were looking for an breakfast place to enjoy both vegans and carnivores. I have used the happy cow app to look for a place with options and saturn cafe. I had a look at the menu on their website and was satisfied with the breakfast options and options. we (the vegan) really enjoyed it as they included several vegan options such as vegan pancakes as well as a vegan breakfast burrito that contained kartoffels and a tofu cube. they made real vegan dishes in contrast to some restaurants that simply remove the things like cheese and then do not replace them with good substitutes. While my burrito had no cheese substitute, it came with a side of guac, homemade salsa and vegan tofu spread, which was a mixture between acidic cream and cream cheese. we also ordered the side of seasonal organic fruits that was fresh and tasty. also the carnivores enjoyed their breakfast! the restaurant itself was sweet and the waiting staff was very friendly and informative. it was a slower morning, but we had our delicious food in no time. while my wife I live in phoenix, my sister and nephew live near and said they would visit again without a doubt and try some of the other menu points to lunch, etc. it was a great fund for our last day in santa cruz!"

"Went on a Friday night around 9:30 and they were very empty. So much so that there was only one waiter and one greeter whom we had to wait for. The waiter was still great but he was so rushed between our table and the others that he was almost running to give us good service. The owner came by to invite us to watch a belly dance performance that someone had hired for his birthday out in the mall but I never saw him again. Nice, but not why we were there. One of the female employees was holed up in the only bathroom stall with toilet paper for nearly ten minutes. IDK what she was doing but she had the stall door open when I walked in and closed it quickly. I waited patiently and listened while she shuffled papers, plastic and clothing. Finally I had to ask if there was another female to address the empty stall since she wasn't coming out. They never did and when I went back five minutes later, she'd packed up her stuff. My husband's food was okay, he had the Puerto Rican Platter which wasn't anything special at all. I had the Jerk Chicken and the spice level was okay, but it tasted as if someone had dropped the whole canister of salt onto my dish. They replaced it with the street tacos which turned out to be good. Unfortunately I think they were ready for us to go because my beans and rice came out in plastic take out containers on my plate. All in all, not worthy of a return visit for us. Should have gone next door to the Cheesecake Factory."
