"Went on a Friday night around 9:30 and they were very empty. So much so that there was only one waiter and one greeter whom we had to wait for. The waiter was still great but he was so rushed between our table and the others that he was almost running to give us good service. The owner came by to invite us to watch a belly dance performance that someone had hired for his birthday out in the mall but I never saw him again. Nice, but not why we were there. One of the female employees was holed up in the only bathroom stall with toilet paper for nearly ten minutes. We had a reservation for 24 people at 6:30. Our party arrived at 6:30 and we said it was a few minutes. In 15 minutes later we checked that the staff had set up the tables. A short look around the restaurant showed us that a large group sat at our reserved table. Meals were on the table and dessert/coffee came out. We are now 45 minutes behind our reservation. Every single one we spoke lied to us. Just tell the truth, your customers can actually see what's going on. After we finally got into place, we were told that 2 servers would help us because of the party size. The manager left the whole party on a server that was quickly thrown down.
