"Went on a Friday night around 9:30 and they were very empty. So much so that there was only one waiter and one greeter whom we had to wait for. We had a reservation for 24 people at 6:30. Our party arrived at 6:30 and we said it was a few minutes. In 15 minutes later we checked that the staff had set up the tables. A short look around the restaurant showed us that a large group sat at our reserved table. Meals were on the table and dessert/coffee came out. We are now 45 minutes behind our reservation. Every single one we spoke lied to us. Just tell the truth, your customers can actually see what's going on. After we finally got into place, we were told that 2 servers would help us because of the party size. The manager left the whole party on a server that was quickly thrown down.
