"Very bad experience! The worst customer service possible. For nearly a year, I was sending money to my family, and then I realized that the amount that needed to be exchanged was not the same as what the receipt stated. In other words, the amount the person was supposed to receive was less than it should have been. (The exchange rate is set in favor of the agency.) When I called them, they gave me nothing but false excuses and said they would only refund me a few cents for the inconvenience. This is a scam; they clearly know they are stealing from consumers and do nothing about it. I know a few cents might not seem like much, but just imagine when you multiply that by thousands of people who send money through that agency. DO NOT GO TO ANY AGENCY OF LA NACIONAL!"
