"Very bad experience! The worst customer service possible. For nearly a year, I was sending money to my family, and then I realized that the amount that needed to be exchanged was not the same as what the receipt stated. In other words, the amount the person was supposed to receive was less than it should have been. (The exchange rate is set in favor of the agency.)
