"we had the 7-speed menu, we asked to use the winery room. but we were only two. They had to and we had a great time. weaving only works if they have 4 people. but we had the sommelier help choose our wine and the chef introduced every dish. the room is quiet, can be completely isolated with blinds. the restaurant is located on the market and it is located in a well maintained marina. great experience, local PR food, but increased. that was a gourmet menu. they expect to spend 3 hours dinner, which was good for us since we celebrated our 35th year. 5 stars. luda the manager served us and rafi was the cook."

"I'm sorry I don't remember the name of our waitress. It was efficient, attentive and extremely helpful. She made our experience 5 stars. We wanted a stand on the back because of the noise, but could not be accommodated, although the tables were empty when we arrived on time1 And even if other reviews of the paella were not the best we were happy enough to be there when they served seafood Paella and it was delicious."

"A visit to Monterrey would not be complete without trying some cabrito. This time, we chose San Carlos. The service was excellent, as is customary in Monterrey. The staff are professional, sharp, and friendly, always making sure you are well taken care of. The waiters at San Carlos were no exception. The queso and beans were excellent. One of us tried the goat stew, which was a very flavorful dish. Eating cabrito can be a bit of a messy experience, similar to picking crabs in South Carolina, but the camaraderie at the table makes it worth it. I recommend adding some salt to the crispy skin and a bit of salsa to each chunk of meat. The delicious beans and flan served as a perfect ending to the meal."

"The Food is really delicious! I gave it a four-star because the service is very, very slow. We liked the food so much, that we returned with some other friends in less than a week. There is a TORO restaurant in Cabo San Lucas, that we have gone to numerous times. Excellent! There is also one in Scottsdale that we are planning to go to. The restaurants are the same owners, but the they have slightly different names."

"I went there for the first time on Memorial Day after enjoying a tour of the USS Milwaukee that was docked at Homeport. The food was amazing, large portions, and the service was attentive and professional. I had the steak burrito meal shown in my picture. "I've been eating this place for many years and it takes me back and forth to remembrance that I have from Colombia. eating is good, I have always ordered the bandeja paisa (small version), this time I was decided to order something else. the picada [without the morcilla (bloodworst and asked her to cook it so that the yuca was crispy and the chorizo and chicharon was also crispy. wow it was a huge platelet to share enough; asked for a box for what I couldn't finish. danielle our waiter was amaizing; always where we needed something that required our needs. the only thing I would change is the TV screens, if I wanted to eat before a TV, I would do that at home. maybe they bring the TV screens during the wm and other BIG games / sporting events, that would be my suggestion. will continue to visit this facility"

"The food at Toro was excellent. I had the Havana Roll and the Rainbow Tropical Roll and both were excellent. I also had their heirloom tomato and burrata salad— very good. My father ordered the wedge salad scallops and Pork belly entree which he enjoyed quite a bit. It was very very loud inside the restaurant so we found our conversation overpowered by the ambient noise level. When we asked if we could move outside they said they were not able to accommodate due to the incoming reservations specifically requesting outside tables. However, throughout the entirety of our meal there were several open, unseated, tables outside. Toro would be a great choice for a large, energetic party. I would not recommend it if you’re wanting an intimate dining experience."

"Food is never consistent. Tostones were super salty and Pernil was dry. They brought the food and green sauce was spilled all over the bag. They buzzed wrong apartment and then they took the food back to restaurant. It was raining and when they broughtit back it was all wet and cold. They didn't even have the common sense to change the bag. Also delivery guy got mad cause hehad to come back and was alittle rude. I told him straight up to talk to shorty who answers the phone and that's not my problemhe had to come twice. He said he's all wet, I said it's water you're not gonna melt. This place is a hot mess. I wouldn'trecommend this place to anyone and won't ever eat there again.????"
