"Classic Chinese-Latin cuisine in the heart of Jackson Heights right on the 7 line. It's a few blocks away from the 90. Street, Elmhurst stop makes it convenient to reach. I didn't have this kind of kitchen long, and it reminded me of memories when I grew up. Lunch specialities are reasonable and the steak and eggs paired with sweet curtains was fantastic! The steak was well done, but very easy to chew. The touch of the lemon gave him a nice taste. Come back when I'm hungry again."

"Unfortunately, I would not recommend this place to eat a burger. The ambience is great, but the food does not measure what you would find in a Peruvian restaurant. Fries seemed to be boiled in the morning, Burger taste was like raw, no salt added to salad, the same. The great taste of Peruvian cuisine makes it from other kitchens. That? I expect Peruvian restaurants"

"I have been going to this restaurant for years. The food is really good. I am not sure if there is new wait staff there now but my last visit which was on Father's day (2023), was ok but nothing to rave about. There was this one particular waiter who borderline harrassed me about tipping the waitress, in which was already in progress. I paid the bill on my credit card and asked her to get change for a $20 bill so I could tip her. He was not aware and was kind of rude about it.I tipped her and left. La Nueva Victoria, please be aware that you are getting more popularity because of Social Media. Stop with the tip shenanigans and allow people to dine and pay you accordingly. Thanks"

"My friends and I stopped by this restaurant after getting dropped off in the Bronx and saw that they had great reviews on Google. I've never had mofongo so I was very curious to see how it was! I wasn't expecting the ambiance of the restaurant to be as fancy as it was. I was expecting a local, casual joint, but the prices and ambiance said otherwise. Seems like someplace to go to celebrate or have a night out. The service was slow but I am going to assume it's because there was an enormous party right next to us. The food also took a long time to come out, but the flavor made up for it. This was my first time trying mofongo and I loved it! We had it with ox tail stew and the stew was amazing. It was sooo flavorful and the ox literally fell off the bone. The actual mofongo (pounded plantains) also had pork pounded into it and everything blended like harmony. The mofongo on itself wasn't as great and a little bland but that's why the stew was there! I think I would've liked it less if I got a dry meat with it 9/10. I don't know when I'll be in the Bronx again but I would go again for this dish!"

"As a place that has and arcade I expected it to be kid friendly which is wasn 't for smaller kids such as toddlers. We didn 't get offered high chairs. The tables at all high tops. Service was not the best the waitress is rude and seemed bother to do her job. The food was expensive and honestly not great. We ordered a roll and I told the lady it was too spicy and we couldn 't eat it and she disregarded my comment and said it says it 's spicy in the menu in Spanish which it doesn 't. The coin machine didn 't work and they kept telling the customers to use it. The arcade machines eat the coins. The soft drinks were $5 which I thought was outrageous. Safe to say I will not be returning."

Tonight we had the Caesar salad that was tasty but had a little too much dressing, the smoked chicken and avocado and Chipotle sauce on flatbread which was much tastier than expected, and the shrimp cerviche. "The food, drinks, and atmosphere are fantastic here. Since we had three people in our group, we ordered and shared as much as we could. The ceviche was a little on the smaller side for the price, but excellent in taste and quality. The roast pork and chorizo sandwich was complex and savory, with an excellent cuban bread used as the foundation. It was a little salty, so having one of the many juices, smoothies or shakes on hand is ideal. I had the orange and vanilla smoothie, which was refreshing and flavorful, without being overly sweet. I tasted some of a mango smoothie as well, which captured the sweet and tartness of fresh mango perfectly. We also got fried yucca, black beans and rice, and cheese bread, all of which I would recommend. We tried a chicken empanada which was very tasty and beautifully glazed, as well as a ricotta and mozzarella empanada which was in the words of my girlfriend (a Wisconsin native) like a 'Cuban cheese curd '. In short, it was a fantastic first visit to the diner, which also has a more formal dining area in the back which we hope to visit soon!"

"The food was excellent for the most part although the soup dumplings were a miss. The vibe is cool and the space is nice with an intimate bar area. It would have been a star experience except for the fact that our server was awful. If the hospitality industry is making her this miserable, she should probably look for a job where she doesn’t have to interact with people. She barely responded to our requests, was not friendly or kind at all and acted put out that she even had to interact with us. We will totally go back again but only if we can have a different server!"

"The price of brunch has more than doubled since our last time. Website still listed it as $34. It wasn't worth $90 for the food. You have added another number of food stations. Prime Rib (teough tacos (prepared in advance and some dried eggs Benedict (prepared in advance). there was an option for a “full” brunch for $34 or a lighter version with fruit and grain. The full brunch was perfect: made to order eggs, pancakes and waffles. Huge selection of pastries, fresh fruit, bread, sausage, bacon 2 types of potatoes. Hot and cold grain gourmet desserts, etc. Now your only option is a $90 less than perfect spread."

"eating was absolutely fantastic! my fiancée and I shared 3 tapas lachs ceviche with plantains, bark short rib and the skallop. all three were so tasty, but the skallop was my favorite. I have zöliakie and was very worthy of the well-marked menu and the reliability of our server that they do everything they can to avoid cross-contamination."

"this was one of my favorite meals at the visit of boston. my favorite tapas were the croquettas and the ricotta. I think I didn't get a truffle in the truffle bikini, but it was still really good. the meatballs and patatas bravas were average, but I am not a big fan of either in the rule, so that I may not be the best judge. the paella. we have half an order of sweetness, and it was so good that I could have eaten all the ding itself. Honestly, the whole reason why I give 5 stars flavorful, crispy, I still dream about it. I also got the rosensalgria, and it was super light, fresh and not too sweet, which I was pleasantly surprised. overall we have 6 tapas and the 1/2 paella divided between 4 of us, and it was the perfect amount in my opinion. would definitely come back."

"As a local, my views will be different. There is Much better mexican food all over SA! If you are looking for loud Mariachis and the feel of that, this is your place. My mango margarita didn't taste anything like mango, but it was good the other times I've gone. The seafood enchiladas were terrible: soggy, one small shrimp and no discernable scallops, tiny pieces of unidentifiable fish type texture. The salsa seems different and not nearly as good. It's thick tomato sauce, like an italian type sauce. I met up with friends from out of town, otherwise I would have certainly gone to lots of other places for great mexican food and margs!"

"I believe this restaurant in East Boston has the best Chinese food. The service is very fast and the staff is polite. They offer a variety of combination plates with generous portions. They always repeat orders to prevent mistakes. The rice is fresh and not overly greasy, and they can adjust the sweetness to your liking. The chicken fingers are moist and the spare ribs are tender. The teriyaki dish is flavorful. The hours are convenient, with closing times at 1am during the week, 2am on Fridays and Saturdays, and midnight on Sundays. Overall, a great place for Chinese food in East Boston."
