"The cowboy crack was dry, tough and stringy, not what you would expect from pork belly, which should have a lushness in the mouth. I was afraid I would break fillings while chewing. The Cajun corn had great flavor, but it the serving is not worth the price. There was only one-half of a cob cut into four wedges. The ribs were very good and quite meaty. The coleslaw is vinegar-based, so it is a nice compliment to the richness of the ribs."
