"Being Chicano I am vouching for this place for the best menudo I've come across at a restaurant. The meat was cooked to perfection! The broth had just the right flavor. For some reason I had to ask for cilantro and oregano but they brought it to mepromptly. The corn tortillas were certainly made fresh. Topped a big bowl off with a barbacoa taco. It's always a good sign whenthere is a line of people waiting to get in and most of them are elderly! I will come to this Cafe every time I am in town now.Loved the small hole in the wall experience. Don't miss this one if you're close bye"

"I ordered a egg sandwich and one bagel nothing on it comes out to $9.86 I used my credit card and I got charge almost over $11. I said something and the Lady said I'm sorry it's not me the credit card machine didn't. Own its own plus there's a new law in nyc they can't charge you to use your credit card."

"eating was fresh and hot. the salsa was perfect and the chips seemed to be cooked by them without oil taste [that one I had the puffy tacos with fajita rindmeat huhn. the spices were on the point and the charro beans were amazing. the chicharon was a great addition. the enchiladas also not disappointed, we will definitely be back when we come to cc! many thanks for their service"

"It takes a lot to drive me to leave an online review these days but Austin Terrier’s fantastic staff really justify making the effort for me. They are so kind, considerate and downright thoughtful while serving, you can’t beat the experience of dining-in here. I’m seeing a lot of reviews applauding the dog-friendliness, but it’s also important to highlight the kid friendliness. There are several outdoor patio tables and several tables underneath shady live oak trees that both offer comfortable space for bringing the whole family."

"In a mini mall, so outer front appearance is deceiving. Inner restaurant is much nicer. Wonderful food at a reasonable price. The service was fantastic. The establishment was crystal clean. Some staff still chose to wear face diapers but others went without. Excellent country music playing overhead at correct volume. Lighting was perfect. Plus, they have a full bar. Seafood, Mexican food, American food. And the staff can actually speak English which is an unusual occurrence in the Rio Grande Valley of Texas."

"Okay. I brought my brother here for his birthday dinner from his two big daughters. The food was okay. The service was mediocre. The big daughters enjoyed their tacos coloring / game stuff. I would recommend asking Styrofoam cups for your drinks because I could taste the soap in the regular plastic cups. The waiter always got the beverage order wrong. My brother loves her mole. We've been here before and had a much better experience. Today was such a free day."

"I’m sad to have to leave this review because I love this restaurant so much. This was my first and last time to have food delivered. I ordered a salad which came with greens that were more than 1/2 rotten. It was also missing cheese and carrots that were supposed to be included. We also ordered vegetable fajitas. We received about 1 cup or less of sauteed vegetables and 2 tortillas, no rice or beans. I won’t be ordering again and I’m not sure I will go to the restaurant again anytime soon. Very disappointing, sorry. We paid a delivery fee and a 20% tip."

"I have always enjoyed going to Carlos O'Briens. Since they are no longer located at 12th Street and North, we decided to try out this new spot. They require masks, have tables socially distanced appropriately, and keep their public bathrooms open. Masks must be worn in the bathroom and at the table. The food is delicious and the waitstaff is very friendly. Our glasses were constantly refilled without having to ask. We will definitely be returning!"

"What a remarkable environment. The staff were not only knowledgeable but incredibly dedicated to their establishment. They served each customer committed to providing an exceptional experience. The cocktails were crafted very well, speaking as a scotch snob, I was truly impressed with the San Sebastián. The Zoko G&T tastes like vacation. The cuisine was also most impressive, compliments to the chef. It was what tapas is supposed to be. Closest thing to real Spanish cuisine you’ll find. Many thanks for a great experience. I’m truly blown away by the fact that they’ve only been open for a little over a month. Runs like a well oiled machine. I unequivocally endorse this fine establishment and recommend unreservedly."
