"The food was delicious, but the food took forever! Apparently they were busy in the kitchen, it took two hours from the time we entered the restaurant until we got our food! We would have had more understanding if the servers had been more friendly for us or had explained things to us, but our waitress seemed so stressed and angry to work. I'm sure another night would have been better. The food was good again."

"Take out was super easy. Called, placed my order and gave them payment information, and when it was ready they brought it out to my car and it was hot. The food was really good too! We got a buffalo burger, pot pie, and asparagus soup. I wouldn't say it's life changing, but it was really good! The crust was so light and flakey. However it is way more than one serving. It would probably serve three people. The house chips were okay but nothing special. I look forward to eating there in person some day."

"I was here last weekend and the food was terrible!....I ordered the hot dog...It was gray and the bite I took was Oscar Meyer all the way.....So very disappointing......When it was the Rockwood the food was wonderful.....Now I wouldn't recommend it to anyone that was looking for somewhere to eat in Ely.....Stay away!!!"

"Rustic resort restaurant on the lake! Great indoor and outdoor seating. Expansive burger menu! Ordered holy grail stuffed burger and the Rueben. The burger was good, but not sure it's worth the $22 price tag. The rueben was excellent despite having a twist of using roast beef instead of corn beef. Fries are hand cut and a must! Service was exceptional. She was very attentive, but then again we were only the 3rd table in the restaurant. The sticker shock of the margarita was the reason for 3 stars. $14.50 for rail tequila and pre-made mix on the rocks is severely overpriced! After the second one and seeing the bill will definitely not do that again"
