"Upon entering the restaurant we were greeted and seated right away which was great. So our waiter came over to give us the menus and asked what we wanted to drink as a starter. We told him so...he gave us our drinks...we ordered our food...no complaints thus far. The food was medicore at best...definitely not worth the amount of money that we spent there considering it was a mom and pop restaurant that was listed on Open Table. The issue arose when the bill came. I asked the waiter why we were charged an additional charge for the crab sandwich and he explained why and I said ok...May I speak with your mgr. The Co Owner that was present didn 't want to deal with it so he told the waiter to tell us that his wife will be right back and she deal with us. Ok...no problem...we 're waiting only to have the message relayed to us that there is NOTHING that can be done the charge stands!!!!! Realllllyyyyy...that 's how you deal customers in YOUR ESTABLISHMENT Chowda House. We paid the bill and graciously left a nice gratituty for our waiter Keyshawn and left. Overall great wait staff...poor CUSTOMER SERVICE BY MANAGEMENT....: WON 'T dine there AGAIN even if it were for FREE!!!!"
