"Upon entering the restaurant we were greeted and seated right away which was great. So our waiter came over to give us the menus and asked what we wanted to drink as a starter. We told him so...he gave us our drinks...we ordered our food...no complaints thus far. The food was medicore at best...definitely not worth the amount of money that we spent there considering it was a mom and pop restaurant that was listed on Open Table. The issue arose when the bill came. I asked the waiter why we were charged an additional charge for the crab sandwich and he explained why and I said ok...May I speak with your mgr. The Co Owner that was present didn 't want to deal with it so he told the waiter to t...

We were half dozen times here, mainly because of the outside kitchen. have experienced clam chowder without muscheln, even if we send it back. harried koch, who prefers to throw something on the plate instead of saying we are out. bad quality raw bar really terrible. I had a good kily salad on the other day and that's it. the personal has feared the owner who didn't want to move a table outside when he had rained 2 hours ago. only a bad place and bad for mediocre eating. but bring them wee, sit outside and have a not meeressalat and they will be good.

"I 'm extremely picky and particular in who I leave a review for, but in today 's age when I come across a business doing things exceptionally well I have to call them out on it! The low bar first: Their coffee and food is delicious! Not just thrown in a pot and poured to the customers, there is thought and deliberation as to how their coffee and food is made. I have stopped there for coffee at least twice a week for a few months now and it would be a waste of my money to go anywhere else when they are so head and shoulders above in terms of quality. When I ask for egg on my toasted croissant, it 's made for me, not thrown together. There 's even thought as to the packaging, asking me if I need a fork and knife, the way it 's wrapped and put in the to go container that I don 't get anywhe else. Service: Everyone there is friendly and positive and actually takes care to serve the customer. My coffee is actually stirred with the cream and sugar added. There is a smile on the employee 's faces and it is clear they _care_ about what they are doing for you. Atmosphere: The vibe inside is awesome and although I 've personally not taken advantage of their huge outdoor hang out area, I can 't wait to be able to. The only ding I can give them that is totally unrelated to their actions is the parking, but the worst I 've experienced is having to go a few cars past their location to find a spot on the street so I can run in and grab my coffee and/or food but that 's more of a call out than a criticism. If you are anywhere near Red Bank or Shrewsbury and love coffee, they are worth the pit stop!"
