"I just tried Shake Shack for the very first time today the food was actually very good.I had the smoke burger with a side of spicy fries and a large Coke Zero. The smoke burger was actually very good, it was super fresh and very tasty, I was very surprised. The spicy fries also had a nice kick to them, I enjoyed dipping them in ranch. The cons: it took way too long to get a simple burger and fry when it wasn't even busy in the restaurant it was 11 AM (not noon), and it took almost 15 minutes for the ton of employees to get the order ready. A burger, fries and drink also cost me $20 which I think is pretty ridiculous for fast food, and they don't have a self serve coke machine they fill it once for you behind their counter. Overall, I'd say the food is very good, the service and pricing is not very good. I'd go every once in a while, but you can get a better value for your money elsewhere."
