"I just tried Shake Shack for the very first time today the food was actually very good.I had the smoke burger with a side of spicy fries and a large Coke Zero. The smoke burger was actually very good, it was super fresh and very tasty, I was very surprised. The spicy fries also had a nice kick to them, I enjoyed dipping them in ranch. The cons: it took way too long to get a simple burger and fry when it wasn't even busy in the restaurant it was 11 AM (not noon), and it took almost 15 minutes for the ton of employees to get the order ready. Quick convenient Shake Shack at Willis Tower. I'm regular here whenever I'm in town and have business to attend to at Willis Tower. Overall, this is a decent Shake Shack location. No complaint.

Be sure to ask for low/no ice. This is one of those annoying places that fills the cup to the top (pointless) so you barely get any liquid. The food is good, standard burger and fries kinda place. Right inside the tower off of Jackson street. On the first floor, so there’s no view.
