"The burgers here are spectacular. They're of the smashed variety and with higher fat content. Beefy and juicy. Well-seasoned. High quality buns, lettuce, tomato, good American cheese and a tasty special sauce. You can't do better for the price, IMHO. I'm glad they're not fashionably colossal and stupidly over-stuffed. They're easy to eat, Yay. A single patty with fries are more than enough food to make me completely full. If that's not you, double patties are an option. I had the regular Shack Burger, regular Fries and a specialty drink, the Lime Agave Lemonade. Fries were crispy and tasty but the drink was unpleasantly weird. To mimic a Margarita drink without alcohol they add a lot of salt and a whiff of jalapeno. Totally not something I enjoyed but that's a matter of taste. It really needs Tequila to work. I'll def try their regular lemonade or a milkshake next time. It's a spacious and attractive place set in a very pretty shopping mall called One Paseo. Staff was friendly and efficient though the tables could have been cleaned a little more frequently. There are lots of outdoor seating spaces scattered about One Paseo and Shake Shack has plenty of indoor and outdoor seating within their own establishment. One minor complaint: no posted menu on premises. You need to order from a station or online to see offerings and prices. Slightly precious. Convenient free parking is available in multiple garage buildings. It's a real pleasure to visit and even more so when you savor one of the most delicious burgers anywhere around."

"Our first time trying this chain new to our state, and my husband and I were blown away. A Monday early afternoon was well staffed, self-order kiosks that are updated to reflect supply, very clean (including bathrooms) and has a chill modern atmosphere. Vegetarian options and dairy-free shakes as well. We ordered the Shack Stack, ShackBurger with bacon and onions, Hot Chicken sandwich, spicy fries and Oreo funnel cake shake. The Shack Stack was excellent, but don’t expect it to be like a mushroom Swiss. It’s very unique, and the portobello was fried beautifully with a lovely cheese pull. It’s a very good non-traditional burger. The ShackBurger was delicious with beautiful caramelization on the beef which was cooked to a perfect medium. I usually forget to take photos before digging in, but this burger was too pristine to rush into. It’s the burger on the billboard ads, but nobody sat on this one. All the food was like this, but this is the only picture I took. The Hot Chicken sandwich was another level of chicken sandwich. Crispy, juicy, well seasoned fried chicken breast with flavorful toppings had us almost fighting over it although we ordered it to share. The spicy fries were crispy on the outside and fluffy on the inside with truly spicy seasoning. The fries with more seasoning are nicely tamed with ranch and ketchup complemented the less spiced ones. Finally, the shake was not your average fast food shake. Tasted like real chocolate ice cream, not chocolate syrup, and was very creamy and delicious and somehow didn’t feel as heavy as most shakes I’ve had. We will definitely return to try more menu items and especially to try the dragonfruit lemonade they were out of. The ultimate test of fast food is always its consistency, so I truly hope I won’t need to edit this review."

"My 2nd Shake Shack visit was just as good as the first, minus the weird rudeness of the Stanford Shopping Center location. I tried the double shack burger, the shack stack, and what was essentially a double shack burger with bacon. The bacon one was, surprisingly, my least favorite. I don't know why, but I really don't like bacon on Shake Shack's burgers. Normally I love bacon, and bacon cheeseburgers are amazing. But for some reason it just doesn't work on these. I also tried the pickles, which I ended up removing. I normally don't like pickles, and I didn't hear either. Oh well. The regular shack burger was, as last time, so good. It was awesome. The crispiness of the patty, the melty cheese, oh and ordered onions! Unlike bacon, that was a plus. Since this place only does kiosk ordering I had the chance to customize the burgers, which is how I found out there even were onions to be had. In my previous visit I ordered at the counter and nobody told me onions were an option. That leaves the shack stack, which is a double shack burger with one of the beef patties substituted with a deep fried mushroom that's stuffed with cheese. Hahaha. I wouldn't believe it if I didn't try it. To be honest, I did kind of like the shack stack more than the shack burger, which is saying something because I really liked the shack burger. The crispy mushroom and extra cheese takes the burger to another level, and it was not too much. I'd definitely get this again. Obviously they take credit cards here, but parking is a little tricky since it's Valley Fair and the parking can be hard. It's nice they give you 2 hours free parking in the structure, but if you're going to be shopping a while it will cost you. The best place to park is by Bloomingdale's, FYI."

"The good: It is close to University Hospitals and is located in the Pinecrest Shopping mall, which is an absolute dream on a sunny day, especially with the option for outdoor dining. The inside is new and clean. Employees were all working, seemingly asa team. The atmosphere is definitely not that of a fast food place and while the menu only jas options one would expect of fastfood, it is kicked up a notch. We ordered online. Our food was ready faster than expected. I was thrilled to have the option ofa gluten-free bun, though there were no other gluten-free options since the fries, shakes, etc were all labeled in the menu ashaving gluten. When we received our order, both my gluten-free and my wife?s gluten-containing were packed open on one side andtogether in the same bag with the gluten-containing fries. Further the burgers BUT WERE NOT LABELED. We were dining in therestaurant, but if we had picked up to go, I would have no way of knowing which was mine. The burger was very tasty, though abit salty. Overall, the price for the quality was the best value in Cleveland. There was also a sticker across the top of eachdrink that was very difficult to remove and the residue covered the whole for the straw. The order summary with my name andphone number displayed prominently on the outside of the bag peeled off without leaving a mark. Lastly, and I know this isn'ttheir fault, but worth the mention, the parking is awful. There are two handicapped spots in front of their door. Those beingtaken, the remaining spots are impossible to navigate with a wheelchair and require you to ride on the street side of parkedcars for over a block in order to get to a cutout."
