"I'm special about Italian cuisine, but Coppola's in Highland was phenomenal. Under moderately expensive Italian restaurants in the area, it deserves the highest awards. At first they served garlic and Italian bread for a snack on – the garlic bread was very good. Then came the house salad, which was fresh with cucumbers, tomatoes and carrots. The only negative was iceberg salad and I was not so much for her house dressing, but they offer many other dressings. I had Chicken Sorrentino, that was absolutely the best I ever had – ANYWHERE. It also came with a side of pasta. Her red sauce contains meat and has a delicious brownish taste. Really EXCELLENT tomato sauce. To dessert, I had her Tartufo. How can you not cover the ice with a dark chocolate bowl? I had better, but that was still really delicious. Our server Diane was very friendly and pleasant and seemed like a really nice person. I should add that I have points for restaurants that have a dish right after the next before you had a chance to finish the current dish. Not here. Everything was perfect. A delightful culinary experience."
