"I'm special about Italian cuisine, but Coppola's in Highland was phenomenal. Under moderately expensive Italian restaurants in the area, it deserves the highest awards. At first they served garlic and Italian bread for a snack on – the garlic bread was very good. Then came the house salad, which was fresh with cucumbers, tomatoes and carrots. The only negative was iceberg salad and I was not so much for her house dressing, but they offer many other dressings. I had Chicken Sorrentino, that was absolutely the best I ever had – ANYWHERE.
