"Terrible service which ruined the whole meal. The waiter came and took our order/bright me my drink and then we never saw him again until I had to ask the host 2 times to send him over. I say there w my water and my cocktail depleted and unable to order another. When he finally did come we just got the check and called it. But it was really appalling how terrible the service was. Even after I told the host about it as no one still came over until I asked a second time. Really disappointing. And the menu really left a lot to be desired. Not enough variety in dishes."

"No valet parking, which is uncommon for Federal Hill restaurants. Out of calamari at 4:30 pm. Also out of the dinner I had ordered of a somewhat limited menu. Asked to share a salad which they split and charged us $4 to do so. Overall a disappointing experience"

"I have a gluten allergy, and this is really the happiest thing I've ever eaten before my allergy develops. This restaurant is so authentic and almost everything on the menu can be made gluten-free. Michelle (our server) took care of us from the very beginning. They make gluten-free pasta in the house. My pasta was the most delicious meal I've had for years. This is an absolute must for everyone with a gluten allergy. I'll come back as soon as possible."

"Late night in the Tiki Bar! Some drinks enjoyed a nice mood. In any case, we need to remember here for a nice place to finish the evening again for Valentine's Day, we did not dive, but everything was packed and was still hot when it came home!! Food was fantastic! We had the Cupid's Crab Cakes and broken seafood combination together with a small neck steamed mussels in red sauce appetizer. We eat other days here, but their VD specialties are so good I feel that I have to post about them!! Never had a good meal at any place Vince owned. . . They were all EXCELLENT! Tonight was no exception, we went to Valentine's Day. Started with steamed mussels in red sauce, followed by Cupid Crab Cakes and Veal Sinatra. Both came with asparagus and potatoes. We also had a Love Potion Martini. Thank you for the beautiful rose for my beautiful wife! Can't wait to come back!"

"Villari’s Lakeside has always been a fantastic place for fine dining. Food is always delicious and the service is always excellent as well. Our entrées were prepared perfectly and nicely flavored. we enjoyed the filet Oscar and the short rib Ragu with pasta. Our server was quite attentive and make sure our table was well served. We highly recommend dining at Villari’s as you’ll be sure to get a delicious meal to enjoy."

"We were in the city of NYC for a few nights. We ordered from a few local places, and our best experience was with Frank 's. We didn't know what was good, so we ordered some items in the first night. After a not so great experience that was ordered by a local diner for breakfast, we went back with Frank's in the second night. My children who are super picky have torn off the pizza and chicken fingers. The salads were fresh and delicious, and the portions were very generous. Hoagies also get a thumb. I was surprised that the Fried Shrimp Platter was basically popcorn shrimp, but my son ate it so that a thumb also gets. My daughter loved her spaghetti and meatballs. Overall delicious and comfortable."

"One of the best mom'n pops I've EVER visited. Huge variety on the menu. Very nice, clean, pleasant place parking lot was amazingly well lit, wait staff was courteous, friendly and very efficient. "Huge portions of each part is large enough to share for two people! If you order a main dish, the pasta on the page is large enough for a meal of itself. The chicken parmigiana is perfectly cooked and you have residues for a late evening snack. I also recommend the wedges very large satisfying and the staff is very nice to boot. You'll never be hungry here. Also great prices!"

"My family ate dinner here on Christmas Eve while I visited Boston and it was fantastic. My son and I love Italian food and are happy that we eat in a beautiful Italian restaurant. This place was not disappointed. The food was fantastic. The waitress suggested a nice cheap bottle of wine that was great. We sat in the lower level of the building, which seemed like a small cellar, but the ambience was still fantastic. Each table was booked and the whole food went out looked amazing. We didn't get it, but I recommend trying the pasta dish that comes out and into a wheel of cheese (parmesan maybe). They mix the pasta while scratching fresh cheese from the wheel into it. It looked fantastic. I had the Pesto Pasta and it was delicious. Would return to this restaurant when we get back to Boston."

"I was disappointed with my experience at this restaurant. Despite calling ahead to let them know I would be arriving 15 minutes early at 4:15 instead of 4:30, there was no one outside to greet us and our table was not set. The server didn't take our drink order or greet us until we had been sitting there for five minutes. When we are spending a significant amount of money on a company dinner, we expect better service. The person who answered the phone was helpful and said there would be no issue, but upon arrival, it was clear that the staff was not prepared to open. This was on a Friday night, and I believe they can do better."

"This is the best Italian food you can find in South Florida! I was in Italy and the food is not better than here. We have ordered so many dishes here and each one of them is excellent. You really care about a high end. The parking lot is limited on the street, but the Valet is a nice option. Locals go from the beautiful neighborhoods nearby. Update: The last time we were, they tried to push us to turn the table. Some of our foods removed while we eat. Absolutely terrible service last time. 4 stars to lose because we usually get better service."

"This was our second visit and truthfully, it wasn't quite as good as the first! It was still really good though. I deliberately ordered the exact same choices as before, because I enjoyed them so much the 1st time around! Also because I have often felt that restaurants don't always live up to first impressions, so this was a bit of a test! "The host at this restaurant was extremely unwelcoming, showing rudeness and using inappropriate language. Despite having made a reservation, he expressed no interest in accommodating it. The wait staff was unpleasant and inattentive, giving off an attitude as if they were doing us a favor by serving us. The busboys were the only pleasant ones and should have been serving customers instead. We were given dirty wine glasses with lipstick on them and when we asked for clean ones, we were told there were none available and had to wait. They even neglected to serve us bread. We overheard the host telling a waitress to not bother with birthday celebrations and focus on getting customers out of their tables. This experience was so negative that we will never return to this establishment. We would rather support homeless individuals who are more appreciative."

"We showed up to the restaurant without having a reservation but were greeted by the host kindly. We stood outside for about 15 minutes before they were open but they let us in early. Most of us got the restaurant week menu and it's a very good deal. The bread was good and idk what that balsamic vinegar and olive oil was but it's soooo good. I got the smoked salmon: it was good and the olive was interesting but quite salty as the olives are. Rigatoni truffle was pretty good , not too heavy. You get a good whiff of the truffle. Pana cotta was yummy but I was too full! We had a great time. The service was attentive and the place look really nice and classy. Great vibes to catch up with old friends. Definitely take advantage of the restaurant week menu when you can."
