"The prices for 99% of the menu items end with a "9". The price for all the draft beers ends with a "9" except Bud and Coors which end with a "0". Why is this important, you ask? It's not. I'm just a obsessive compulsive guy who notices those things. I ordered the keep it simple burger which was served with generous crisp lettuce, fresh tomato, and crunchy purple Onion. The taste of the burger wasn't obliterated with excessive salt or seasoning. I am convinced many burger chains use salt as a preservative and bacteria killer. The iced tea tasted freshly brewed. I saw a tempting milk shake infused with Bailey's I will sample when my grandsons aren't with me. The burgers are pricier than most places but the quality and size are offsets. You may even want to share. Kim is a great server."

"red robin has always been a visit to the restaurant for high quality food. I like that they have the never-ending bowls of fries. I now begin with the explanation of the waitress or waitress that we have a meal that contains the fries and ask them if they can start us with a few bowls while we wait. this puts the curly or tired children, so that the parents enjoy the meal better. so thank you red robin. we have been going to her restaurant for years to celebrate birthday dinners and other parties. "Service has gone way down and leaves a lot to be desired. 1/2 hour wait and then our group was ignored another 15 minutes. They messed up our drinks and then brought my salad without any dressing and took another 5 minutes to get another server back to the table. They didn't clear the table of empty glasses and the appetizer tray. Some of the poor service could be overlooked, but they've increased their prices quite a bit and for that kind of money I would expect better service. Our bill was almost $80 for three burgers and drinks and one appetizer. $25 each for burgers and fries is pretty outrageous."

"Very good food and service! Once we got there, Trey set us right away. Laney was the waitress. She bought our drinks and took our order in no time. The food was wonderful! Extrakudos to Laney for us everything we needed with a smile. The courtesy and professionalism shown in this place was second to none. Trey even cooked my food! Better work to cook the burger than I could ever do! We will definitely return to this place due to the performance of both of these people in this place. "After taking the team as REALTORS to the movies we voted for Red Robin. Upon entry we were seated immediately and our server was so nice! Our drinks came out quickly. The food was out FAST! The burger was juicy and I enjoyed seasoning my own fries using Red Robin's seasoning. Next, I knew the whole table was getting another round of their bottomless fries. Wow. "Believe me, I love a good burger and they're above average here. However, when we visited, the service was very slow and the underdeveloped pommes are only attractive when they can come to your table before you are finished with your meal. One of the other reviewers was a small part with the comment on the first round of the Fritten. The Royal Red Robin with an egg and bacon is always my goal. I also like that they have bottomless steakries and bottomless salad as a healthier option. My burger still had the Mayo when I asked it to be omitted. Coca-Cola is garbage and they add too much ice to their drinks. The prices are fairly fair. The bar was nicer when I remember and they have space for wheelchair / carryout."

"Brutally honest review: I really enjoyed the food, but the service has been lacking at several locations. At times, the staff disappears for half an hour (I understand they need breaks, but someone should be there to cover for them). Other times, they seem overwhelmed and not equipped to handle the rush (management should schedule more staff during peak hours). "That was the worst experience of my family and I ever had it. We went in, just like they unlocked their doors. Mop buckets in the middle of the walkway, the floors and tables were still dirty from the night before. Unfortunately, the waitress was less than attentive. When the hostess visited another group (about 12:30) she tried to sit at a dirty table. The group complained and asked for a clean table on which the hostess lied and replied, did I not know we were straightened when we first opened?. My daughter had a confused salad in her cup. "That's all. Red robin must be one of the underestimated chain restaurants out there. Surely there are chili's, tgi fridays, apples and many others, but this place has the most creative and exciting menu around and the other places just SUCK! the Burger menu is one of the most crazy I've seen, but crazy in a good way. with almost 30 to choose and many not as your typical burger there is always something for everyone. Red Robin also has large fish and chip selections, a fantastic chili and a pretty daring good mac n cheese dish. I just recently got the Whisky River bbq chicken sandwich and turkeyburger to go and I swear they were the best I had in a restaurant in a very long time. This is my new favorite chain restaurant. Add a gorgeous orange smoothie it was all down and I am filled. the mountain high mudd pie is the best time so I need to go a rush home and stick it into the freezer so that it does not melt. It makes a great late snack."
