"I don’t come here often and I’m not sure if it was just an off day but the girl at the speaker was unbelievably rude. Asked her if they still had a certain type of chicken sandwich and they did not so then after that I wanted to get something else from the menu but all she kept yelling through the speaker was no chicken sandwichI tried four times before giving up and just leaving. "Although I don't frequent fast food places and prefer supporting local, this is one of the two stores I usually go to once in a while! This popeyes is near Rockvilke Town Center, but gives very quick fast food. I usually go for chicken tenders by themselves, but this time got the combo, which comes with a buttery biscuit, drink and two sides for 1.50 more. Upgrade to lemonade is 50 cents more. I got SOOOO MUCH chicken tenders for what I paid for. Fries were good with that Cajun seasoning but wasn't as fresh since they were soggy. Still enjoyed it! The lemonade was alright too, probably would prefer other options. But the price I paid for all those chicken tenders... just wow. A great bang for my buck. I get my tenders spicy but it's not too bad honestly more like a Buffalo spicy. And the service here is chill folks are nice!"

"Me and my fiancé ordered three chicken sandwiches, 2 were combos with fry’s and chicken nuggets with a side of mashed potatoes after a 20 minute wait at the drive thru speaker while I was the first in line non the less I went on about my business I then checked the bag making sure all my food was in the bag as I was leaving I noticed I was missing some items I went back inside with my receipt and told them what was missing a sandwhich and a mashed potatoe side not to mention the fry’s that came with the sandwhich were thrown into a box instead of being separate which i didn’t even complain about when I addressed this issue with the man at the counter he rolled his eyes and said I got the food and that I was Lying I had double checked the bag and I knew for sure that i didn’t receive these items he was annoyed and disrespectful a younlady saved the day when she gave me the food I didn’t receive and as I was leaving the man said to the girl he got his food publicly infront of the restaurant accusing me of stealing this happened today around 2pm or so all I can say is I love Popeyes but your not going to get any business if your staff is disrespectful like that I am not in anyway one to rant but being accused of stealing takes the cake for me if management ever reads this please feel free to reach out to me"

"I purchase 2 -3 piece chicken boxes and three biscuits come with the chicken. After driving 24 minutes home all the chicken was hard as a rock and dry as sand. The biscuits Texture was like rubber. I have ate at Popeyes chicken at least once a week in Warrenton VA And have never had this problem until I decided to travel to Culpeper for our take out… WHAT A DISASTER!!! Tried calling The business and my call keeps going to voicemail. I would like to have fresh chicken or my money back because I didn’t get what I paid for!!!!"

"Terrible location. Terrible service. They will waste your time and if you order ahead, your money as well. I love Popeyes and am a NOLA local. It is a real shame what these locations look like out here. But this one is probably the worst. I did order ahead and they immediately marked the order as done. But ehen I arrived less than 7 minutes later, they were not answering the machine with no one else in line. The person working the window was rude and unhelpful. They didn't have any of their side items??? They also had marked on the app that the order was completed, but it wasn't; so it took me an hour with an Uber rep to get my money back for an order I never received.. Did get my money back. Can not get my time back. Don't waste yours."

"I asked for spicy tenders, but I got regular. They were cold and mostly just the breading. They few pieces of actual chicken I got...it looked like they have been sitting out. The buiscuit was hard as a rock. My drink had 0 ice in it. And the mashed potatoes had no gravy."
