"Terrible location. Terrible service. They will waste your time and if you order ahead, your money as well. I love Popeyes and am a NOLA local. It is a real shame what these locations look like out here. But this one is probably the worst. I did order ahead and they immediately marked the order as done. But ehen I arrived less than 7 minutes later, they were not answering the machine with no one else in line. The person working the window was rude and unhelpful. They didn't have any of their side items??? They also had marked on the app that the order was completed, but it wasn't; so it took me an hour with an Uber rep to get my money back for an order I never received.. Did get my money bac...

The person who took my order did not receive the order correctly. I paid for something I didn't order. The weather was bad. The area was flooded. Staff slipped around in the restaurant because water rushed into the building.

I'd been wanting Popeyes for years and took a chance was not pleased with the meal, a five peice chicken box and Cajun rice. Only way I guess, go visit Louisiana for the real deal because none in the greater Saint Louis area don't have the flavor.

This is normally my go to Popeyes, but this visit was not good. I got the 4piece with biscuit with a side of red beans rice. I got the chicken and biscuit, but I'm not sure what kind of rice they gave but it was not red beans rice. I was greatly disappointed when I got home. If they had ran out of this item they should have said that and perhaps I would have chosen something else. Do better Popeyes!!!
