"I can only say if they charge $6 for a breakfast sandwich, it should be fresh, not old and cold. I have what was probably the worst steak ice cream bag of all time. it was dry, ice-cold, the cheese was crusty from sitting, there was little to no torf or swirling on it. the bagel began to be hard. I'll go in and make sure it's fresh when I'm ever back for another one. I wish I had checked it before I left, I will now!"

"This restaurant was okay. A mishap occurred during our meal - while I was eating a fish sandwich, my friend found something black and hard in their food. Despite not knowing exactly what it was, we brought it to the manager's attention. They promptly apologized, refunded our entire order, and made us new dishes. It's important to thoroughly check all aspects of the cooking process. Despite the mishap, the focus of this review is more on the response from the manager."

"It was early morning a little bit after 6:00 a.m. and I ordered my food mobile knocked on the window and chilling on my phone and got my food so for that alone it's worth before it starts and they gave me no issues I had to do it that way because because the doors to the lobby still locked. "I indulge in two McDonald's breakfasts a week. I always go for the same thing - the number 2 meal which includes a sausage McMuffin with egg, a hash brown, and a large diet coke or coffee. I used to switch locations depending on my route to work, but this particular location is consistently the best and serves the most delicious breakfast. Everything is always just right...every time! It looks exactly like the picture, which is rare to find. If I have to get this meal anywhere else, I am usually disappointed. This location should teach others how to make the perfect breakfast sandwich."

"I often stay here early in the morning before I start working. that is by far my fav mcd in the opposite. I use the ride thru, and the personal is always pleasant. the line moves fast, I had never compromised my order (wrong objects or missing) and eating is always what I expect. hot and delicious!"

"you must be a sweat! I stop at the bricktown mcdonalds at my lunchtime, I arrive at 12:20, wait in the first line about 20 minutes. it does not move, so I pull another line, I wait in this line for about 10 minutes with just one customer in front of me. I put my order and give the McDonald staff my cc, then he tells me that he only takes cash and that I would have to come to another line. he then turned to another customer as if I wasn't there. I interrupted him and asked him to see a manager. he said he was the manager and turned his attention back to the next customer. 30 plus mins and nothing to show."

"I hate this McDonald's. If I could give it 0 stars, I would. Its good the building was remodeled but the staff needs a remodel too, a complete over haul is definitely needed. Both times I've been to this location the dinning room was locked at 3pm. I sawan employee standing in the door playing with keys. When asked if the dinning room was open. She replied she was opening it now.But stood in the door another 5 mins or so. I just left. The drive thru line was wrapped around the building as usual and movedvery slow. The employees do not care. I won't be back."

"good location. pretty clean. kioske make the order very easy. friendly staff. the order was prepared exactly and quickly. they have a table with two computer screens where they can play. pretty cool! 4 stars, because they didn't bring the food on our table. during food ordering, when immersed, it tells them to get a table number tent and place it on their table. I had to go to get our food instead of bringing it to us. lower problem. they also have shamrock shakes again for a limited time!"

"This has to be the WORST McDonalds out there. I got in a long line to wait at the drive through, gave my order and got to the window to pay and confirmed my order. When I got to the window to get my food, I was missing a drink. I told the girl Iconfirmed with the person who took my order what I was to have. They said it wasn't on the receipt. So I asked her to ring meup a drink. She said No. I had to get back in the drive thru line to get my drink. The line was already a 20 minute wait, andI told her under no uncertain circumstances was I getting back in line when I'm right here. Finally after back talking me and adiscussion on customer service, the manager came over and told Yes they would ring me up a drink. The staff here is poorlymanaged and trained. I have yet to get an order here that is correct. Since this past incident we will be getting our foodfrom the competition in the general area. This place is just not worth the hassle."

"From the moment we entered McDonald's, the staff seemed to have an issue with my children sitting and behaving. My daughter was even asked to leave her wallet unsupervised in the restroom. We arrived on January 27th and a worker took a picture of my children for no apparent reason. Despite pretending to clean tables, they refused to clean our table. When we were told we had to buy something, we were fine with that. But then our order was refused and the police were called on us. The only reason given was that they did not want us there. Why does an establishment in 2023 in America have the right to refuse service without any valid reason? The police officer's response was dismissive, telling us to leave if we were not wanted there. This is the reality of being black in OKC. Color still matters, despite what some may say."
