I use my computer to order my lunch for the first time off the app. I wasn't sure how to use it so one of the girls at the counter showed me how. She was very nice didn't make me feel like a dummy.

The McDonald’s at 13th and West is doing a great job! It is fast food and when they’re busy we get the wrong stuff, but 9/10 times it’s right! Maybe even more than that, it’s always hot! Employees are nice! LANE is doing a good job with this location!

this place is a sweat, always bleeding. everyone is rude. at 9:30 o'clock we sat in the box with a line behind me for 10 minutes. no one reacted so that I went into the window and all the teenagers clean, ignore me, laugh and just be rude. so I left. it turned out that they were closed at 10 o'clock and remained open for 30 minutes. will not be back.
