"I brought my family to this restaurant yesterday and unfortunately, we were very disappointed. Despite being close to closing time, I don't think that's an excuse for the quality of our meals. My chicken sandwich was awful - it was cold, soggy, and the bread was hard. My fiancé couldn't even eat her sandwich because the bread was so tough. We ordered a children's pizza for our daughter, but she didn't like it at all and barely ate a single bite. I was disappointed with my sandwich as it seemed to have an excessive amount of mayo in it, causing it to be soggy and overflowing out of the sides. Additionally, there was trash on the floor. Overall, not a pleasant dining experience.

I placed a takeout order and was disappointed to find that there was no cutlery included. The sandwiches were all burnt around the edges, making them almost unrecognizable. Additionally, they forgot to include the bread bowl I had ordered with my soup. This was not the first time an item was missing from my order, so I have learned to double check from now on.

nothing worse than getting the job from the personal when they ask them to correct the order they just checked, sealed, and said everything there and handed over to them. never trust a sealed bag. here is a pro-tip panera if someone ordered a sandwich and they are all out chips, they probably don't want a French baguette as their replacement side : zero stars would have been a more accurate assessment for this experience today.
