"Their service was horrible I had a knee problem and it was raining so I ordered curbside pick up I called them they asked me to come in, when I went in bald guy asked me for my phone to show him my order I had forgot it in my car cuz I was frustrated due to a pain, I had to go back out walk to Sunoco get my phone so I did and I put it on top of the table so he could see it, but he was like I can not touch your phone pick it up and show me so I did and he couldn’t see it cuz I was little bit far from him cuz he was whining about covid and I stood 6ft from him, then he grabbed my phone and started looking closer. I’m sure their food is good but service wise they suck."

"Been many times and service is hit or miss. Our waiter brought us the wrong salad. We pointed to the exact salad we wanted from the menu. When we told him that he brought the wrong dish, he argued with me, wouldn’t bring what I ordered and stormed off. I know it’s difficult to find employees right now, but we were kind and received unkindness in return. When you spend this kind of money on dinner, we were not happy."

"Enjoyed a lovely dinner with my husband and father on a Sunday evening. I was surprised how many available tables there were given the amazing service and food. We’ve been here before years ago and this time was even better. Started with the goat cheese and spinach spread appetizer They have more wine beyond the list so be sure to ask. We had the Chaos Theory from Brown Estate with the Filet, Sea Bass, and house-made pasta dish with sausage. Finished off with strawberry puffs and peanut butter crème brûlée with 20 yr Tawny port. "I wouldn't be excited to eat here before or after a Celtics or Bruins game or a big concert, but on a Sunday night with no event at TD Garden, Alcove was perfect wonderful food, excellent service, music at exactly the right volume. The weather was too uncertain for the outdoor seating (which was open and not very busy), but I'll be back to enjoy the patio."

"Eating here is amazing! and 9 out of 10 times the service is incredible. The prices are on the high side, but not too high for the vineyard, and you are really high quality food for the cost. I save this place for special occasions like birthdays and anniversary, but they also do a really big $5 Burger night on Sunday. So basically something for everyone and a strong pour on drinks:D"

My family made reservations to celebrate a birthday and was completely blown away by atmosphere and super friendly service. All great food options with fairly large portions. "I strongly advise against visiting Minado Japanese Restaurant in East Norriton. I have never experienced such rudeness from a restaurant manager regarding food and gratuity. I used to recommend this place to many people over the years, but the quality of the food has significantly declined. I was fighting the feeling of being sick after eating crab and beef that were not fully cooked, and the raw oysters I tried had a questionable smell. At one point, the owner personally came out to apologize for the undercooked crab, so it’s clear they were aware of the issue. There are far too many risks for potential food poisoning here. Instead of handling the situation professionally, the manager made things worse, speaking in a condescending tone and not allowing us to voice our concerns, all while wishing us a Happy New Year."

I ordered the churrasco steak and gambas shrimp thanks to my excellent marissa server that helps me decide. "so bad. it hurts me to write a bad report about the condition of the restaurant industry at the moment, but that was so bad. they had the bartender warts and bartenders, provided there were not many people in there, but 6 tables and ppl at the bar is too many ppl for 1 person to handle. my friend and I ordered the margarita on their special cocktail list and it was disgusting sweet. but it took so long until he came back to us that we just drank them. we ordered the shrimp cocktail for a starter and it came with 5 small garnels with jarred cocktail sauce. for $19.99 I can't believe we didn't get as much as a lemon wedge and 5 garnel? we asked about lemon and it took so long as we had eaten the little cloves. she ordered the roast chicken, which tasted like it was frozen. I have the pork chop that came with a sauce that was super salty. it was not worth complaining that he did not come back to check us for at least 20 minutes. the cocktails should be half out (hh) but we were reliant on the full price. overall horrificly disappointing and so expensive. will not be recommending"
