"so bad. it hurts me to write a bad report about the condition of the restaurant industry at the moment, but that was so bad. they had the bartender warts and bartenders, provided there were not many people in there, but 6 tables and ppl at the bar is too many ppl for 1 person to handle. my friend and I ordered the margarita on their special cocktail list and it was disgusting sweet. but it took so long until he came back to us that we just drank them. we ordered the shrimp cocktail for a starter and it came with 5 small garnels with jarred cocktail sauce. for $19.99 I can't believe we didn't get as much as a lemon wedge and 5 garnel? we asked about lemon and it took so long as we had eaten...

I was totally blown away. this place was a last minute planning and I was so pleasantly surprised. from personal, to service, to eat it was all amazing. if they love Italian and look for a wonderful place to take someone, they can stop their search.

I've been singing tortoise a lot. every time a lovely experience. never eat disappointed. love the old time elegant atmosphere. so far the service was always attentive and very friendly. my last visit was October 23, 2020. thank you tortoise for making my birthday special.
