"we came and ate here on Thursday night and it was one of the worst culinary experiences my family ever had. I would like to make clear that eating tasted delicious, but it was the waiting time and the general service that we have received that really damped the experience. my fiancée and I came to eat with our son and spent about 10 minutes to check with the host who was inside. it is not until I left and told her that we had called before coming to make sure there was a table for us. we get tired and ordered an appetizer together with our drinks. the appetizer comes out first and at this time comes another party and gets tired. they get their brot first before we do it, although we first sat and there were only two more tables at this point. it took 40 minutes to get our food, but the reason why it took so long was not told us why it took so long. my fiancée had ordered a steak rare and when he had cut it up, it was medium, he had asked to remake it as it was incredibly over. the server was very defensiw and told him it was also, although it was very clear that it was not rare as he had asked. she lets him take a bite and disappears, she comes back and asks how it is as if he was in the wrong way over the steak. when he tells her that it's over, she's joking to the back to check the cook and comes back with a new steak. when we had asked why our food lasted so long, she said that it was the chicken plate I had ordered that it took so long, but we were not told that we had to wait a little longer because it was about it. but the other one who was sitting after us had already eaten her. it just seemed that they weren't interested in us and just left us. it is lack of communication and general restlessness for me, who ruined the whole experience trying to dinate here. If the things do not change, we will not vote here again."
