"1st time going to Karl's Bakery. And I must say its everything I thought it would be. When you walk into a quality bakery and you can just tell looking into the windows that there is alot of great looking items there. I got the chocolate brownies and they were absolutely delicious. When the bottom of the brownies has that flour with powered sugar bottom you know they will be great. My wife got the Bear claw and that was delicious. I will go back and try theem donuts in the morning since they were all sold out at 3:45pm when I was there. Highly recommended!!!"

"Always satisfied with the cakes I order from Sweet Dreams. Ordered the cake 2 weeks prior, Angela was really helpful and understanding. The cake looked beautiful and amazing when we went to go pick it up, but they have to train the new worker how to properly package cakes that have toppings on the top. Because she squished all of the macaroons at the top of our cake by pressing down the top of the box trying to fit the entire cake in, but it’s alright we will just remove the damaged ones."

"Great place! A little hole in the wall, run down, but GREAT BREAD!!! It comes directly out of the oven and is so hot!! Bring your butter with you and sit in the parking lot and eat!! "We have been loyal customers of this bakery for quite some time and have never been disappointed. Recently, we decided to place a custom cake order with them. The person who took our order over the phone provided excellent customer service by recommending flavors and patiently waiting while we discussed our options with our family. This level of personal communication is rare to find in other bakeries where interactions are usually limited to emails. The communication was clear, the cake design was flawless, and the taste was fantastic. Our guests loved it, as it wasn't too sweet and had a perfect balance of sponge and cream. The price was also very reasonable."

"We felt so silly running all over Kansas City tasting cakes when Bloom was right around the corner from us the whole time! As beautiful as it was delicious, our 2-tiered wedding cake dessert bar was conceptualized baked by Bloom Baking Company. Our dessert bar included: mini tarts, macarons, brownies lemon bars. Cake tastings are $25 goes towards the price of the cake. After inquiring online our tasting, Sarah quickly set-up an in-person meeting to review our ideas, make suggestions put together an invoice. Sarah her team were incredibly thoughtful considerate of both our desires budget. Thank you Bloom Baking Company for creating such a delightful dessert experience for us our guests. Not a bite went to waste! Our only regret is not ordering more! Looking forward to the next time I can taste Bloom!"
