"This place was not what we expected. So many people had hyped it up that we were expecting the food and drinks to blow our mind. I got the daily special which was a crab cake dish and it was so bland. It was not worth the cost. I think the food was meant to taste good if you’d already drank several carafes of mimosas maybe and likely that’s where the 5 star reviews come from. If sober, the food needs more seasoning and inspiration. I’d recommend going somewhere else if you want to eat good food."

"Good sushi at great prices! You can come here and fill up on sushi without breaking the bank. If there is something on the menu that you want but isn't on the belt you can just order it and it's the same price. I have a conveyor belt sushi place a block away but I drive out of my way to go to this one. You really can't beat the prices here. Staff are very kind and they keep the place clean."

"All of Bernhard's products are great, but my favorite has to be the brioche loaf. I use it for bread puddings and french toast. I even found part of a loaf that I froze and forgot about for almost a year; when I thawed it it still made the perfect slice of french toast! Try it for yourself at Brookhaven Farmers Market on Saturday mornings!"

"Good sushi. Has the conveyor belt rotate around the prep area so the chefs can place the dishes directly on the line. Plates range from $2.75 to $4.25 for 2-4 pieces of sushi. The selection is better during dinner hours vs. lunch but it's still offers good options. It also offers fresh fruit, jello cups, cheese cakes and bottled juices and sodas. They do have a menu so you can see exactly what each dish is made of and you can do other dishes to be special ordered. We probably go in once a month and eat. The restaurant is always clean and well maintained."

"This place is amazing! High-quality, affordable, personable and competent staff and a variety of delicious treats! My friend and I like to stand up early and take a pack of bags from them every couple of weeks as a special treat, and all we ever had is just to die. We discovered it when we were looking for a Swedish princess cake for my birthday, and it was incredible! I recommend this bakery and of course we are back."

"Pretty typical American diner in terms of food and ambiance. I was really looking forward to a pastrami Reuben, but when I got there the pastrami was not ready yet and had over an hour left to cure. I can appreciate that good pastrami takes time, but I didn’t have time to wait. I got pastrami hash with over easy eggs instead. It was pretty fatty, greasy, and heavy, but the flavor was good. Strawberry cheesecake was average. The sweet cream was not sweet."

"After a night out and in the area I love hitting up this old piece of Little Italy and grabbing a box of home made treats to bring home for next morning's breakfast.<br/ <br/ There is nothing like having a hot cup of coffee when recovering from the previous night's partying and dipping a tasty piece of anisette cookie or sesame cookie in it while watching TV. Dropped in here the other night on the way home and filled up a box of their terrific cookies enough for a few days! Well made stuff here. All types of Italian pasties. The kind that Grandma used to make. Prices are very good too. Their cookies are just as good, if even better, then the more well known touristy Italian places in the area.<br/ It's one of those old fashioned spots that are disappearing from the NYC scene.<br/ <br/ Sometimes when we are here and it is nice out you can sit outside and enjoy a well made cappuccino and a pastry. Nothing like people watching in Little Italy."

"Corky Lenny's in Woodmere is a very fine deli. They have a large dune in the area and a separate take-off area with all goodies on the display. I stopped on Saturday afternoon in December on a cool NE Ohio. I started with a bowl of Matzo ball soup. It is served hot cakes perfect for a day like today. The broth tastes very good. I followed the soup with the regular not the KING size Hot Pastrami Sandwich YUMMY! They served with the sandwich complementary entire dill pick gaps. The server, Chad was very nice and attentive. He had several customers and tried to treat each customer especially and with great service. His extra effort seemed effortless and that later in the afternoon. He asked me if I was interested in Dessert. I saw the candy in the take-off section on the way back to the din in the area when I arrived. Everything looked so good. After the soup and the sandwich I was pleasantly satisfied and did not say unwilling to dessert. All in all a very good culinary experience. I'm back. You bet I'll be back for great food and great service."

I work in the food and beverage industry in Las Vegas and respect/recognize excellent service when I see it. I was planning my sister's birthday party when my previous baker flaked on me (the day before my party to please 40 people. After calling this bakery, (on incredibly short notice, they were not only able to deal with my frustration and debacles from the previous baker, but they somehow made the situation even better than expected. The cake they created (even with my specifications, was beyond expectations. It was so incredibly good! There were so many people that enjoyed the cake so much that they had to fight over who would get the last piece. Superior customer service and an exemplary cake that is a must have for any event! I will be back!"

"Cannolo Siciliano was good but not great, the shell had a stale flavour. The Tiramisu Cup was amazing. The Chocolate Truffle Slice was horrible, flavourless, stale and dry. Overall I expected better."
