"Not sure about Red Lobster anymore, things have really changed regarding the food. I ordered fish baked potato and salad, the fish was greasy my salad was drenched with salad dressing. The only food that I can say that I really still enjoy was the cheddar biscuits, but I'm not sure biscuits are worth paying over $30 for. This is the second Red lobster location I visited since the pandemic and both left me not feeling the visit was worth the money paid."

When you place an order for pickup at 12 noon and that is the pickup time suggested then you would think that the employee understood that pickup time at 12 means the customer expects to pick the food up at 12!!! "Bad experience. Chips were soggy. Biscuits weren’t very good. They were out of the Argentine Shrimp. Got the meal before the appetizer. Received the wrong shrimp. Waiter kept forgetting to refill our drinks. When he refilled mine I received water instead of tea. We were seated by the kitchen. We heard someone in the kitchen chastising a fellow employee. Won’t be going back anytime soon."

"We were immediately seated and our drinks came out quickly. However, it took us over 1.5 hours to get all our food. We had issues getting the computer at our table to work so the server had to get the manager on 2 separate occasions to fix our bill. The food was okay. I was very disappointed in the chocolate wave dessert which I've had before. They are now using chocolate syrup for the layers between the cake and it wasn't good."
