"Got here at 6pm, hostess said 20 min wait, finally got sat at a booth after 40 mins. All the booths around us are empty. And several empty tables. Then after sitting with no waitress after 20 mins, we asked someone walking by if we have a waitress to take our drink order, she said she’d go find out. So finally another 10 mins, a waiter comes and takes our order. Took another 30 mins to receive our food. It’s definitely a problem with staffing. The Cesar salad and biscuits were delicious. We had a party of 8 that they accommodated really quickly. Our waitress was amazing…friendly, efficient, patient, helpful and the food was so tasty.

The food as always was great. The waiter is why I gave it 3 stars. We got seated. I ordered raspberry tea and my husband ordered a Margherita. I got my tea quickly. We ordered an appetizer, and teo feast. 10 minutes later we got biscuits and 5 minutes after that my husband got his drink. 30 minutes later we got the feast. "two in our party of three ordered from the brunch menu. the articles were crorque monsieur and oeufs al cocotte. each plate seemed to consist mostly of brot. we will not try again. the other person with us got the pesto chicken flatbread and a home salad. she said it was very good. we have eaten the flatbreads at earlier and found them excellent. also the side caesar or the house salads are great. we also enjoyed the brote served the table. cafe verona is one of our favorite spots. we were just disappointed by the brunch dishes we tried."

"So disappointed my tenderloin wasn't cooked enough and the crust was like wet greasy flour. The wife ordered a reuben had no thousand island dressing . Then when we called back they wanted me to drive back down there. Offered no compensation for their mistake and the woman on the phone said I am just the bartender. I am a warehouse manager for a large corporation if I treated my customer like that we would be out of business.Won't get take out anymore but will go back because we have had good meals there."

"This spot is a hidden gem! If you haven't gone, you are missing out. Both inside and outside are great seating locations. Definitely try their mushroom cheesecake. It is to die for.
