"Natas used to be good. It recently changed and this last time was the worst experience ever. To summarize, I had an Open Table reservation requesting a table for 4 (where I have always sat with 2 people to be comfortable) in the back where the a/c works and the noise is less as I have a bilateral hearing loss. This was in my instructions. The female server sat us there but came back and said the other male RUDE server insisted the owner’s rules were that both back tables had to be reserved for 6 EVEN if they had no tables reserved. At 11:45 there were a couple of tables filled and it remained that way for over an hour. The male was surly, nasty and not interested in what we had to say. The female server said she was new and didn’t know the rules. She has been there for a bit because she’s waited on me. Orders were taken and 2 crepes and a chopped salad took over a half hour to receive. There were just a few people in the restaurant. The cook and the service were obviously unacceptable. Then the plates just sat on the table. Wanted water refills which we had to ask for and got the water warm because they were out of ice."
