"Natas used to be good. It recently changed and this last time was the worst experience ever. To summarize, I had an Open Table reservation requesting a table for 4 (where I have always sat with 2 people to be comfortable) in the back where the a/c works and the noise is less as I have a bilateral hearing loss. This was in my instructions. The female server sat us there but came back and said the other male RUDE server insisted the owner’s rules were that both back tables had to be reserved for 6 EVEN if they had no tables reserved.
