"really great place: service was excellent. appetizers were pretty good garnel cocktail, tempura garnel, and skallop crudo. pretty well humiliated my star of one. the escaped were good, but a colleague steak came out when it was under a heat lamp and not very fresh hot. that was disappointing. our other two entrees (lamb chops and ribeye) were better presented. overall it was a good experience and dinner. some glitter; hopefully only this day. will be updated here after the next time."

"Excellent Local Spot. My husband likes their gyros; they have excellent Italian food, and they serve a good breakfast all day. They've got HUGE variety...it's a great blend of Greek/Italian/Southern Comfort-food. Their wait staff is friendly. It's not the most lovely place, to be honest, but I'll take good food and friendly staff over decor any day."

"This is the second location that I'm visiting. I've been to one of the Grand luxe cafes in New York, so I came in knowing what to expect.Pros:1. Great ambience. Can't argue with that.2. Food is good. Loved the flavors of everything we ordered.3. Service was top notch. Our server was very considerate, attentive, and very respectful of our several customizations. "3 ribs and a meat is my favorite. St. Louis style ribs, I like my ends burned with the pulled pig or brisket, then up it with a mixture of the South and Habanero sauce. The pig is tasteful, the burnt ends are juicy and delicate. They also have the best corn on the Cob, it is so sweet and cooked to perfection. You should also try the Jalapeño Sausage appetizer, the smell alone is mouth water. My favorite bbq joint"

"Upon arrival this building was gorgeous! Valet had just shut down, no big deal, parking was close by. Wait time on a busy Saturday evening at 945P was about 20 minutes, not bad at all. My party I entertained ourselves. Our hostesses was very polite, as was our waiter. Our waiter, Johnny, was very attentive and suggested we order a larger fried calamari to start. Good idea on Johnny's part, that app lasted but minutes! I ordered a large bowl of Pasta Pomodoro, and it was cooked perfectly! My son ordered the short rib ravioli, but had under cooked pasta. He was unhappy with the texture of the pasta, and went to speak to a manager. The manager was one of the most polite managers I have ever met, and replaced his dish on the spot. He went with fried fish tacos, fries we closed the out with a biegnets molten chocolate cake."

"Natas used to be good. It recently changed and this last time was the worst experience ever. To summarize, I had an Open Table reservation requesting a table for 4 (where I have always sat with 2 people to be comfortable) in the back where the a/c works and the noise is less as I have a bilateral hearing loss. This was in my instructions. The female server sat us there but came back and said the other male RUDE server insisted the owner’s rules were that both back tables had to be reserved for 6 EVEN if they had no tables reserved. At 11:45 there were a couple of tables filled and it remained that way for over an hour. The male was surly, nasty and not interested in what we had to say. The female server said she was new and didn’t know the rules. She has been there for a bit because she’s waited on me. Orders were taken and 2 crepes and a chopped salad took over a half hour to receive. There were just a few people in the restaurant. The cook and the service were obviously unacceptable. Then the plates just sat on the table. Wanted water refills which we had to ask for and got the water warm because they were out of ice."
