"On the way out to the parking lot last night, I passed by the tiny building that has, over the years, been a church, a key shop, and various other small businesses. There has been some activity there as the place was being set up for food preparation. I noticed there was somebody inside, so I stuck my head in the door and asked when they were going to open. Well, they are open, it turns out. Their sign has not arrived yet, so they don’t look open. It’s the Red Deli, moved here from their previous location. They do take-out and delivery (no room inside to eat). They deliver to the middle section of Provo, which is anywhere within five blocks of University and Center Streets. So, anybody arranging lunch for a meeting in one of the downtown businesses may find them to be a good resource. They are still getting settled in, so the place will look like any construction site does, until they haul all the debris away. I had their Turkey Bacon Avocado today, and it was very good. Fresh sliced avocado, grilled turkey, bacon just the right crispiness. Their service was friendly and quick. I'll be going back!"
