"On the way out to the parking lot last night, I passed by the tiny building that has, over the years, been a church, a key shop, and various other small businesses. There has been some activity there as the place was being set up for food preparation. I noticed there was somebody inside, so I stuck my head in the door and asked when they were going to open. Well, they are open, it turns out. Their sign has not arrived yet, so they don’t look open. It’s the Red Deli, moved here from their previous location.
