"Extremely good burgers, its a take-out place semi-attached to a gas station but the burgers are insanely good. Another reviewer saying this place was dirty is crazy. Place was spotless and burgers were fire. Price to Taste ratio is off the charts."

"I recently moved to Mansfield from a larger city, and the BBQ options are limited here. We’ve eaten at Carolina a few times and the food has been good. (It’s the only reason I’m giving a extra star) Today I ordered online arrived at the time allotted and waited 10-15 minutes. When I got home the 1/2 slab of ribs is missing. So I have to drive back. There are no cars in the drive thru. I wait another 15 minutes just for someone to come to the speaker. I’ve worked in the service industry a long time. I’ve managed national chains. The response should never be sorry here’s your food. At least offer a coupon, discount or free dessert. I realize good help is hard to find but it takes minimal effort to make a loss a win in the restaurant business."

"I came to this location today for lunch. It was my very first time and I just wanted to give a big thank you to the gentleman behind the register who helped me with ordering and the whole process. He was fantastic! Also the decorations you are using to block of tables are very cute and made me smile. Thumbs up to your whole crew."
