"I recently moved to Mansfield from a larger city, and the BBQ options are limited here. We’ve eaten at Carolina a few times and the food has been good. (It’s the only reason I’m giving a extra star) Today I ordered online arrived at the time allotted and waited 10-15 minutes. When I got home the 1/2 slab of ribs is missing. So I have to drive back. There are no cars in the drive thru. I wait another 15 minutes just for someone to come to the speaker. I’ve worked in the service industry a long time. I’ve managed national chains. The response should never be sorry here’s your food. At least offer a coupon, discount or free dessert. I realize good help is hard to find but it takes minimal effo...

Flavor of the meat was great, although it was cold. Sauces were ordinary. Mustard was not at all like a mustard BBQ. Staff was kind. Meal was pricey for the amount.

This place is always clean when you walk in. Staff is friendly and helpful in every way. The next time, I visit I am going to dine in so I can relax and wait on my food. They bring your food out to you. I tip every visit because it is just the right thing to do when you have good service and hot food.
