"Food tastes great, always hot and fresh BUT…the drive thru person at the KFC at Woodlawn and Harry need to pay better attention to what they are doing. 3 times recently I have went through their drive thru close to their quitting time. I order mashed potatoes n gravy and Mac and cheese everytime and I get down the road to find no plasticware to eat it with! Irritating!"

"I have never seen a KFC as big as this one and that has a buffet in the midst of everything and they still have full service even though the buffet was not open this was a great experience for me even some of the customers that was there were bragging about how it used to be and when it was a buffet and it's just such a great atmosphere so spacious the food was fresh and hot the service was immaculate"

"Went during lunch for a chicken sandwich. No chicken sandwiches or chicken tenders available. Was going to order a 3 piece instead but only had extra crispy. Manager was unwilling to upsize one of the thighs to a breast even after being inconvenienced by not have sandwiches, tenders and original recipe chicken. I left. Never even offered an apology for multiple menu items available. Terrible customer service"
