"Food tastes great, always hot and fresh BUT…the drive thru person at the KFC at Woodlawn and Harry need to pay better attention to what they are doing. 3 times recently I have went through their drive thru close to their quitting time. I order mashed potatoes n gravy and Mac and cheese everytime and I get down the road to find no plasticware to eat it with! Irritating!"

Not a great experience. Went through the drive-thru and order was incorrect and missing items. Went in to get it corrected and heard two employees blaming each other about who messed up the order. Another person in there said his car was broke down and said he would take the messed up food. Not sure I will ever go there again.
