"I decided our family meal for Christmas eve would be KFC. I placed an order online at 11 am to be picked up at 4 pm same day. We arrived at about 3:55, waited in the car until 4, and then went in. When we (me, my girlfriend, and our 4 year old daughter) walked in, no one said hello or greeted us in any way. Our order was not ready as it was supposed to be, so we stood up front and waited.
