"I decided our family meal for Christmas eve would be KFC. I placed an order online at 11 am to be picked up at 4 pm same day. We arrived at about 3:55, waited in the car until 4, and then went in. People are so slow and just ignore you while you're trying to get your order. I saw her set my order on the end of the counter and then the guy working up front went over and looked at it and then just walked back over and stood by the drive-thru. Terrible service.

Stopped in to try the new funnel cake fries....don't bother…ordered a large cause I love funnel cakes but these were horrible. Cold, no dip…no powdered suger and tasted like they were soaked in grease and sitting out all day! I went at lunchtime they should have been hot and fresh....this KFC is the worst for service too. No one wants to wait on customers they look at you and ignore you like you're invisible
