"Not professional at all. From bad attitude to wearing a robe when working at the restaurant. I delivery for several platforms and this restaurant service by far one of the worst. Would like to try food so I can share my opinion with others but they don't deserve it. If you can't treat me with respect, I can't trust you on how you prepare my food!"

"Costumer service very bad .. they tried to sell me 4 dried out oxtails for 21 dollars . When i asked for more it became a problem .. then told me i couldn’t have the plate .. old lady very rude so is the old man and young lady working there . I had MORE than enough money to pay for the extra oxtails when i asked for the rest inside of the container .. they refused to give it to me and offered chicken which i denied.. because they had a whole pan of baked chicken still sitting out .. instead they sold me the one plate curry chicken , rice and beans with plantains for $15 … and not my second plate .. i did not want extra chicken."

"Ja Grill in Hyde Park Ever since I watched the second season of Luke Cage on Netflix I wanted to try the Jamaican food. In that season a large part of the show takes place in a Jamaican restaurant and I was curious. On our way to MSI we hit this place up. The 1/2 Jerk chicken was delicious, the ribs was not over powering. I ordered it hot and it not burning to where you can’t enjoy it. It came with cabbage and rice and fried plantains. All sumptuous. The Jamaican old fashion was a delight as well highly recommended. The jerk shrimp was similar to the jerk chicken as it came with the similar, rice plantains and such. The shrimp were plentiful and is also a high recommended dish to get. Overall we will be back great food and service."

"Ordered here for lunch and got the oxtails …Terrible. Rice over cooked, mushy and disgusting. How do you mess up rice? Plain tains were burnt. Coworker and I tried to give it the benefit of the doubt but immediately felt sick after eating. The j chicken was dry. Cabbage was soupy. Smh And one of the male employees has a bad attitude. They served Four disgusting small oxtails for close to $20. Yuck!!! Believe the reviews and don’t eat here unless you wanna be sick. Weird taste after just one bite. Very disappointing. Food is not fresh at all.Never again i felt like i had hair in my throat after eating. This place needs to be reported."
