"I recently attended my niece's birthday and I was floored by the changes this establishment has had since the new ownership. Not only aesthetically but with the service and quality of teas/food. I came here a few years back and was wildy underwhelmed. This time around, I felt taken care of and respected and catered to. The girls were having an absolute blast and have already mentioned wanting to go back for all the yummies (their words, not mine). The staff was super attentive and my sister mentioned how easy and carefree planning was with the help of the owner. She mentioned how accesible the owner was and always game to be creative and ensure the event was perfect for both the kids and adults."

"I just wanted to go to my birthday, while I recovered from the operation, an ice-cream. what we got from cold stone 5 hours later than the agreed pick-up time was a melted boil chocolate moss, missing 2 of the 3 mischins, no frosting, no name on the cake, the happy birthday seemed to be written by a 5 year old, and the whole thing fell apart from the first attempt to cut it. this was around 7 o'clock when it was too late to come with a plan b (after a week in advance order for a 11 o'clock pickup time). many thanks to cold stone for the support to ensure that I had no birthday cake at all after I mean man sent twice to leave our plans to drive the city to get a cake that wasn't even ready near. so disappointed. they also left the frost (who does this?! and forget to add the name."

"Visited with family. Spacious and clean establishment, COVID guidelines seemed to be met. There was sanitizer available in and outside the store. Customer service was cordial, welcoming, and polite. Ordered 3 vegan cupcakes, a coffee cake, and cookies. Based on my palette, desserts weren't my absolute favorite, lacks real flavors. Would I visit again? Yes, I appreciate the vegan options. Better vegan desserts offered here than other places I visited in Detroit. I appreciate it being a black owned business."

"I came to the shop like always I meet these two new young girl making ice-cream. I went to check the freezer for my Pints flavor I didn’t find it. I gently asked to make a new pint(chocolate monster) for me and they said no. We were arguing that the only make pints just in the morning so they couldn’t make it I was still trying to explain to them until one of other staff came and explain to them that they will that pints can be made at anytime of the day. I then now went to took the cookies and cream in the freezer this is what I got when I opened my pint at home nothing like the cookies and cream I always getI encourage them to double checked the lids and labels before putting in the freezer"

"I was really excited to go here. Ordered four sandwiches took about 20 minutes to get. The way you order messed everything up. You have to circle on a dry erase, except the markers were mostly dried up. Figured they were used to it. They messed up a sandwich, had to go back and they fixed it quickly.
