"I just wanted to go to my birthday, while I recovered from the operation, an ice-cream. what we got from cold stone 5 hours later than the agreed pick-up time was a melted boil chocolate moss, missing 2 of the 3 mischins, no frosting, no name on the cake, the happy birthday seemed to be written by a 5 year old, and the whole thing fell apart from the first attempt to cut it. this was around 7 o'clock when it was too late to come with a plan b (after a week in advance order for a 11 o'clock pickup time). many thanks to cold stone for the support to ensure that I had no birthday cake at all after I mean man sent twice to leave our plans to drive the city to get a cake that wasn't even ready n...

Ordered $45 in ice cream. Didn’t receive a waffle bowl that I had to pay extra for, the kids ice cream was insanely small and the cup was basically empty. Both Peanut butter cup perfections had literally 0 peanut butter cups in it. One total pecan in entire ice cream that had pecans in it. The man making the ice cream literally was miserable and took forever to make them all. No straw in the bag for milk shake, and 2 spoons for 4 ice creams.

I love Cold Stone but this location just isn't it. I've been many times to the location in Boston usually a one men show and still Way better service. The staff is slightly rude and seem to be unaware of what to do. They were asking each other what to do especially after I told them I have an allergy. I'm not sick yet so crossing fingers. The space is also dirty tripped over the mat at the register to only uncover water residue and water napkins that might have gotten caught. Might ice cream was decent but I couldn't eat it with an open mind however the shopping center where they located is cute.

I have been here a few times and it's really a hit or miss. Usually, it's a miss. Lately the ice cream is nearly melted and they still serve it to you. After 5 minutes, my ice cream is mostly soup and is no longer enjoyable. I personally don't like melted ice cream so when it's like this, it's super frustrating. I should have asked why it was melted and if all their ice cream was this way, but my anxiety took over and i just left it. I had asked for extra chocolate chips, and they gave me extra caramel instead barely any chocolate chips. I took the ice cream, ate a few bites and just threw it away. Just a hit or miss.

"I will discuss this review by saying that the young girl who is acting as a host this evening has done a good job, she is a guard and has good work ethics. my question is how they and the personal are trained. I came tonight 9/5/22 at 19:20 clock for a 7:30 order. I'll be in case early, it's done early and not sitting around, getting cold, not because I expect it's done early. Once the hostess checked for my order and came back with recuperation, it was not finished yet, she made a point of remembering me, her commitment period was 7:30. more or less accuse me than the customer for an early arrival (this is a bad sight). at this point it's so, it's up, it's a game on, it's as good as possible at 7:30 o'clock. guess what. it wasn't. it came only at 7:36. that is usually not a big thing to me, but they had to make a big point about how their dedicated time was 7:30. first, she just had to say that it is not ready yet and will soon be ready and I would be in order with it. but then you threw back the obligation time into my face because you were early, and then you could not even fulfill the time (pretty lame). the management must provide better training, as you can not burden customers."

"I often visited Ruscello. The consistency of tasteful dishes is excellent. By far one of the best tasting restaurants in the area. Everything at a reasonable price. It would be even better if there was espresso machine: . Many other restaurants have lowered their quality after the pandemic, so I stop going to many restaurants. Ruscello is one of the few who keep their quality and taste. Stop the good work. Thank you. It'll be back."

"The whole was very different from the other Famous Dave's location. I didn't like you to have to go order, then wait until you were served. If you have small children, you must actually leave them to order from a take-out menu, people were everywhere. You couldn't tell who the dune was with guests from the trainers. We were a party of 9 so that this place was very small that you almost felt like sardines in a can, but I could not understand why a reservation was proposed until we came there and saw why, plus they bring those big plates that were almost as big as the tables. This place must be seriously rebuilt. The food was as always spectacular and the staff also."

Our server (Patrick) was attentive, polite and accommodating. The venue was uncomfortably loud, in my opinion.My wife and I visited this upscale venue on a Wednesday evening about 7. To our surprise the place was completely packed. We’d made a reservation, and they seated us on time.My wife ordered the ribeye, which was overcooked. They prepared another steak which was better, and allowed us to keep the first one, which our dogs appreciated. I had the ciopinno, which was a mixed bag. The seafood was fine, but the sauce had an unusual, sort of funky flavor that I did not like.I like to order a Manhattan when the venue has a signature recipe. They do, and I did, and it was really pretty good. Recommended.This is our second visit to BLVD. The first was more positive, and this one wasn’t terrible, so we’ll likely try again at some point."
