"I like BLK, good food, fun place, great view of HB,to use the phrase energetic for noise, I would say, wrong, it's very noisy, not a quiet, romantic spot at all, especially since the bar is right next to main dining area. We had difficulty hearing the server and each other, it was a Saturday night, very busy, and packed. we're local, so we understand. One thing that annoyed me was a guy was smoking a cigar in the patio area, just outside the dining room, the doors were opened, so no way to avoid the odor. I don't understand why anyone would smoke a cigar near people eating. I don't know what policy is on smoking, they were outside, just near the people eating."
