"this was my first time eating in cunningham, as it was for st. Paddy’s day was recommended. big mistake. I'm not sure they're not usually super busy, but they'd think they'll be prepared for what a top 5 day has to be for them. everything, and I'm not exaggerated that we ordered food wisely, was cold to lukewarm. my Irish stew was as if it came straight out of the refrigerator. I know the waiting staff was overwhelmed, but after they told them twice about the suppe, they said they would tell the kitchen. but my suppe sat there and stared at me. no replacement, no pickup, no excuse. our glasses sat empty, never filled again until we flattened someone or just went into the bar. I admit that eating was hot, had potential, but I will never go back based on this experience. if I knew I'd come up with a lot of new customers, I would be on my A game, knowing that these customers could be lasting. so disappointing, but this seems to be a trend in omaha."
