"The Italian restaurant La Verona is a fine dining corner of Kennett Square. This November they celebrate their 10th anniversary. They are located on Main Street and are a centre for live music, intimate meetings and authentic Italian cuisine inspired by northern Italy. We had a wonderful experience to feed there, and it was pleasantly mixed with our waiter Afrim. He was friendly and welcoming and gave excellent recommendations such as the roasted artichoke starter with cut prosciutto and truffle oil. The house salad was paired with a homemade Limoncello dressing that was magnificent over the fresh mixed greens. Chef Jack's menu is a mix of authentic Italian, fresh seafood and light supplements to contrast the rich flavors. Tableware such as pappardelle bolognese and tortellini pasticciati are homemade and full of taste. Do not let yourself out without trying the Tiramisu that Restaurant Guru awards the best in 2019, In addition, La Verona was encouraged by several awards and above all has been rated “Best of the Best” by County Line Magazine 2020 Annual Dining Award.
